Thanks for getting back with us with that yummy Pumpkin Roll recipe. May have to make it again. Sam’s Club has a pumpkin cheesecake every year about this time, and it’s pretty darn good, too. :)

I have all the names of our ‘family’ on a list, and try to ping everyone at least once a day. I just have the feeling that when I post to everyone - most don’t pay attention, if the ping list is long. I really don’t know how to handle that. Any suggestions? (I always try to answer pings that are to me and three or four ‘relatives’.)

I overdid this one..should have set the alarm! I then let all the kitties out into the garage..
looked up later and saw my big kitty on the patio..I had left the door open to the garage!..My little one came right in the kitchen but it took too long for the oldest kitten to appear..She finally flew in the house , scared after her adventure..I NEVER leave the door up...always a first.
I was wandering around with a flashlight calling Smokeeee! LOL..

Silky the elder got out while the turkey was on the patio..no problem and last year she went out..escaped ..while three raccoons were there..They ignored each other..The coyote hasn’t been around lately or I would have really been more upset at losing Smokey for awhile.

Maybe the coyote has moved on to greener pastures, as it were.

Do you still have your raccoons?

I have mostly always pinged to all on my ping list..and I always pay attention even if I don’t answer at times..

I especiallly try to thank the hostess and note her special work for us..Some days I can’t answer to all my pings or things I enjoy so I do a group thank you at the end of the day if possible.

I do..They were coming early evening but lately I have missed seeing them when they come in the middle of the night.I imagine I will be up to see them tonight. I had a 6 hour nap!
I had 4 male and 4 female cardinals on the patio this last week at the same time ..a rare gathering for my house...
