I dunno, my siblings and I are naturally various shades of blond and we’re all smart and going to engineering school and the like, and we all love blond jokes. Besides, they’re not supposed to refer to blonds in general, mostly the sorority-type girls who have bleached their hair blond and gotten a fake tan and implants and think a deep conversation is ‘Omigod, so I, like, got this Prada bag, and it totally can fit, like, my WHOLE chihuahua in it!’.
