(Washington, D.C.) The Surgeon General today warned viewers of tonight's Presidential Debates to be wary about participating in drinking games associated with candidate's word usage or phrases.
Specifically the Surgeon General said "We are very concerned that anyone who takes a drink everytime Obama begins a sentence with the word "I" could over-imbibe and pass out with dangerously high BAC's."
Fuurther, The General warned against drinking to everytime Obama said, uh, er, oh and aah.
The Surgeon General suggested that instead of taking multiple drinks that people who wanted to participate in these "games" would be better off to pick a "bonus" word, a word that when heard could allow for participants to do something more helpful to their health.
It was suggested as an example that if Obama uses the phrase "8 years old" or "Keating Five" participant could do 10 sit-ups.
Ha, ha, ha!
If I had a nickel for every time Obama is going to say “I” I’d burn my money.
okay, my friends.
Drink!
Very Funny!
Maybe you could take a drink after you count up to 20 I’s? And for the uh, er’s, oh’s and aah’s you could count up to 40 of those before you take a dring : )
lol!
"My plan," likewise.
"Miss Congeniality" will produce a mild buzz.
Good point, as long as someone else does the counting.
listen carefully - soemtimes he sounds like John Edwards... especially when he pauses to say —— “and” ——
I was only 8 years old when Bill Ayers was plotting to blow up the Capital.
Gay?
You would get very toasted if you had to take a drink every time Obama said “ummm”!
I think that the key indicator of how effective McCain is tonight, will be how many times ZeroBama says “Now hold on...”
If he is saying that a lot (along with even more ums, uhs, and you knows than normal) it will mean McCain has him on the defensive, with regards to Ayers, Fannie & Freddie, Rezko, “air-raiding villages” and maybe even ACORN.
If 0bama says “Now hold on” more than 4 times, McCain wins not only the debate but the election.
You're not quite getting the point of the drinking games, are you?
;-)
I still prefer the classic Bob Newhart Show drinking game where you had a drink when anyone said “Bob.”
All us old-timers will remember that great program.
