I did not see the game but I am glad Navy won. I always root for Navy when they play Army. Back in the 90’s me and my dad visited Baltimore to check out some Oriole games and one day we drove over to Annapolis to visit and take a tour of the Navy campus area. It was fun and better than the next thing we did which was visiting DC. Go Navy!!

Oops, didn't even know that game was this week. Quite a relief after the last couple losses.
Unfortunately, I don't have any Air Force grads at work to harass over it.

Wow, I've been in a time warp evidently. I've been traveling and didn't know Navy beat Wake Forest and Rutgers.
I am so ashamed.

Ah, well... At least I got to see the B-2 and a set of F-22s fly over my house today. That’s one good thing about intra-academy games.

Navy is having a good year!

At the Rutgers game 2 weeks ago, the flyover over Navy- Marine Corps Memorial Stadium was performed by two V-22 Ospreys belonging to the USMC HMM-263 Thunder Chickens. They later landed at Hospital Point on the Academy grounds.

Stand, Navy down the field
Sails set to the sky!
We'll never change our course
so Army you steer shy.
Roll up the score, Navy.
Anchors Aweigh!
Sail Navy now the field
and sink the Army, sink the Army gray!
Fly, Navy down the field
Wings spread to the sky
We'll never change our course
So Air Force you fly shy
Roll up the score, Navy.
Navy Air comes through.
Fly Navy down the field
and bomb the Air Force, bomb the Air Force Blue!

This was a tough one for me— I have a son at USNA and a daughter at USAFA. I am a USNA grad, so I had to pull for Navy.
To: wfu_deacons
Congrats of both of your kids! I know how you feel. My daughter is an Army 2LT (not West Point, though) and my son went to Navy. No question what side we’ll be sitting on in Philly on the first Saturday of December! What company is your son in? My son (USNA ‘07) was CC of 19.
Best. Beat Army!
