Avila Beach doesn’t have many restaurants but it is not far from Pismo.

We always stay at the Lighthouse Suites; the suites are large enough for four of us (my son goes with us to do the driving). Also, it is right on the beach.

If hubby and son want to play golf or visit wineries, Marissa and I can stay at our room and walk across a parking lot to the beach. The beach is very clean.

Lovely, Amy..It was a win for Palin..She held her own..I don’t watch the CNN MSNBC bunch..I want McCain to come out and correct Biden’s lies about his voting record..That was frustrating to listen to.
Luntz’s focus group judged it a win for Palin.
Kondrake on Fox was grudging..but admired Palin’s performance.
We need a hard hitting truth squad exposing the dims affair with Fannie May.
Many prayers went up for Sarah and I thank God for his answer last night!

I agree .... the Dems want a fairness doctrine? When does the right get a CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, etc?

We had to leave about 7:15 to pick Marissa up so we listened to the last 15 minutes. I thought that Palin rose to the occasion last night.

I loved it when she said, “Say it isn’t so, Joe.” She was charming and feisty. I loved it.

I agree with you synopsis, Meg...I was glued to t.v. and the Fox talk afterwards. Sarah got 100% from me. I only turned to CNN and MSNBC a few minutes....they think Biden won....what a BIG SURPRISE that was....LOl!
