Thank you, jaycee..I love autumn and pictures of small churches surrounded by fall foliage. I have one more in reserve before fall ends..
I know your church is lovely..The one I spoke of is gone..and not one but two huge churches have replaced it ..I haven’t seen the last one they built.

I know it hurts when a loved ones marriage fails..I have been blessed with a wonderful DIL and SIL and would grieve hard were they no longer married to my children.

Morning, Jaycee. A beautiful Sunday to you!

Isn’t it strange I have two sons...one has been happily married for many years and gave me those beautiful granddaughters. The young son’s marriage failed and they didn’t have children, just two adorable black cats. The last cat just left us a short time ago, as I have told you!

The youngest son is happy..he is the one in the middle of remodeling and moving to his little chalet-like house in the woods and he loves it. I hope he soon gets moved but everything has to be just ‘perfect’ before he moves in! He remodeled one bathroom and is in the process of building a two car garage. And then he will move! LOL~~~

WORSHIP IS OF THE MIND

The church is but a short morning's walk
In the proper direction of the rising sun
And to the west, the sea

A Sunday brings me to wake 
Before the chimes of my old clock
To breathe new life 
Before the morning's done
Whose freshness clings to me

The church, man's contribution to God
The sea, God's contribution to man
And time's wisdom has taught me
That to worship at either is equally acceptable.
