The new agreement also considers action on other sites within the province, that are related to the one at Cerro del Villar. This Phoenician site was one of the more important colonial sites on the Andalucian Coast. Its foundation dates from the VIII century B.C but due to the constant floods suffered in the area, the Phoenician settlers moved to what is known today as Malaga, which they named 'Malaka' about 570. It was discovered by the archaeologist Juan Manuel Munoz in 1965, and in 1998, the site was declared of general interest by the Andalucian Government... My theory is that it was the Phoenician sailors who constructed a crude bagpipe as a mechanical fog horn and it was just a shot step from there to make it a musical instrument.
Yeah. That would scare me away from the rocks...
Of course and early echo finder should keep you off the cliffs.
