Javelina is not bad eatin’. I had it once at a friend’s BBQ while we still lived in Phoenix. I still prefer cow, but javelina will do nicely.

holy cow.. what is a javelina? (great biologist I am huh & too lazy to google)
some type of wild pig? how big are they - like in relationship to a standard poodle? or german shepherd?
are they like deer in that they get comfortable (and wont hurt) people after time around the yards & homes?
