Hi, (((((Polly)))))! It's Good to See you! I've been Keeping Shelby in my Daily Prayers, as we Continue to Look and Wait Upon our Loving Lord for Every Mercy, Every Provision, Healing, and Grace.

VBS stands for Vertebral Body Stapling, an innovative surgery for those
who had to carry their mother's groceries. Swimming is a recommended
post-operative exercise. If that doesn't work, they try vacation bible school.

VBS swimming pools come in all sizes and shapes.

Some prefer a garden swim as a way to cheer themselves and others.

Keep the blue muffins in shape and the caviar will be yours for the asking.

Lol, Amy, and I Love M & M's, too! (And Reeces, which I just had for Dessert!)

Last Year, I had Borderline High Blood Pressure, and when I Lost a Few Pounds, the Pressure Came Down to a Normal Range. I Love my Sweets, though, but have been Eating More Fruits and Vegs for Many Months to Crowd Out the Sugar. A Plate of Fresh Strawberries with a Lot of Splenda on Top is One of my Favorite Things to Eat Now.

I had no idea Amy that Prissy Missy had this done. Great news she is healing and doing well. Soon she will be swimming. I'm such a dope. I'm thinking to myself....maybe Volly Ball? (thinking what is the A?) I hope Prissy Missy is doing well!

Good afternoon, GeeBee.

VBS = vacation Bible school. Here they last five days. She has been to two different churches so far .... both about 10 miles away. Another church has a banner that their VBS starts on the 21st. If she wants to go, I will take her and pick her up everyday. She likes it and it is good for her.

I love your graphic ... it would make a nice Welcome Graphic.
