I mowed too. It has been a week and the grass was really, really tall. And now it’s done for the weekend!

Nana has been asking Not Valerie if she can "go." V gave her permission. Nana has also been saying "I'm coming Jesus" and singing an old hymn "I'm bound for the promise land." Mrs. says Nana will be disappointed if she's here next week.

I’m stamping some envelopes. I’ve managed ~twice~ now to go through the stack and put the address labels where the stamp should be. Third time, I put the stamps on first.
Are all Nana’s kids going to be able to come out?
I know it’s been a long road for you. Sounds like it’s been long for Nana to. If this is the end I pray it’s a good one.
Yeah, the two older sisters are on their way up this morning and her brother will be here sometime.
Just talked to the Mrs. Nana had a rough night, but is resting this morning. But she’s as ready as anyone can be.
At one point last night she looked at the Mrs. and said, “Well, I just need to go on so you can go to bed.”

Thinking about you today, Corin - the Mrs. in particular. It's rough it being so close to Mother's Day. :-\ That would be on my mind, for sure.

Mrs. called around 10 and asked if Jr. and I could come over because Nana was asking for people. So we did. When I got there I thought we’d be there for the duration...so to speak. But before we left she’d rallied and was having conversations and laughing and talking about getting back to church.
I can’t see it being a complete comeback though. But I’ve been wrong before.
