There’s another one I always liked that was along the same vein... something like

I've been working too hard. I tallied up my overtime to submit this morning and it's best to measure it in *days*. New job is tough and takes lots of energy. I'z tired. But good news is that caturday is here already. We're going up to the cabin tomorrow for some R&R and a long weekend.

Yes - it will be chilly. Highs in the 50’s but it will be welcome because it got warm enough that we had to put on the AC today. *sigh* I don’t care for MD summers.
Today must have been the neighborhood mow-yer-lawn day. I had to mow or be the bum again. :)
In Ohio the summers were actually nice. When I visited in 06 they were having 55 durung the day and 45 after sundown. Must be that global warming.
