Good morning.
Dem party wars continue...who'll win?
Can the winner be stopped come Nov?
Is Jimmy Carter still in the Mideast, or has he found his peaNUTTY way back to Georgia?
I agree, they’ve just gotten older and more dangerous.
Still having trouble elsewhere, per my email...
You take care and stop in to visit whenever you can. We miss Kay too and we miss hearing about you and your family. Love to all, HOB
Yep, I read the entire Goldberg article. He even mentioned the nutjob bloggers waiting for Nobama to lurch to the center, and waiting for that ‘islike waiting for Godot’....;-))
With all my D has gone through I went out the other day and bought her a sectional for the living room, she got all upset because I did but hey, she will get over it, SIL has gone into town to get it today,
Talk to you later, got some things I gotta do like feed the chickens, etc.
Toby
I am happy to report that I had my second bowl of grits since I have been home from the hospital, I can feel the ‘instant’ healing taking over my body since I finished the grits.....
They are CERTIFIED, REGESTIRED nuts at that.
So you can have breakfast ready for the rest of us, lysie. Thank you.
And a good Monday morning to you, Molly.
After that winter you went through, Here Comes The Sun.
I was not fortunate enough to know Kay, Herb, but I can see that she had many good FRiends here who care very much. I, too, have been in your position, and in my previous incarnation here at FR there were many here who answered my requests for prayers on my wife’s behalf. I would like to tell you that this will pass, but it’s now been more than six years, and it hasn’t. All I will say is that it helps to remember that I was extremely fortunate to have the time with her that I did; and I can tell from your post and her friends’ replies that you, too were very fortunate. Let that give you strength.
So true and very nice, LAL.
I’ll be thinking of you tomorrow and offering up a little prayer for your comfort and wellness.
It’s warm, cloudy and humid up here too. Not one of my favorite kinds of days. You know we haven’t had the rain we usually get in April, maybe we’ll get it in May. haha.
prairie, you’re right, it may be more dangerous, ‘cause these old coots know a whole lot more now than they did decades ago. The far,far left are not friends of America.
No wonder ole bill is worn out.
I sat on my porch this morning and was amazed to watch him work.
I can only imagine.
:)
83 here for the next three days, wonderful weather.
I bet you get a nice breeze out your way. It’s such a pretty setting.
My best for both of you with your DR.’s appointments.
Coolish (low 60s) here and possibility of rain, but I'm not complaining (or bitter..LOL) because I have dogwood, redbud, azealas, iris, lilac, and forsythia blooming all over the place!
Molly, although I don't always post, I do read and appreciate the links you provide as well as the delicious breakfasts lysie provides.
Bubbah Clinton is descending on NC for the 5th time Wednesday in a town west of me. When he visited a nearby one east of me, I didn't fire up the ole SUV to go see him, and I'm certainly not going to waste gaS this time either.
Although I despise the thought of him and Hillary being in the WH, I am even more afraid of ZeroBama being there. I'm currently slogging through his "Dreams from My Father" and it is hard going....makes me dislike him even more and fear for our country if too many of the mind-numbed robots worshipping him vote.
Really good to see you posting, Toby, AND supervising from the porch! LOL It's even better knowing that you are well on the road to mending and relatively (I'm guessing here) pain free.
