I know they both will be very successful. it really doesn’t matter who wins tonight. #2 will get a contract just as fast.
They are both amazing artists, for very different reasons.
I could see Archuleta in Vegas like Barry Manilow. Say what you want about Manilow: he can sing, and he is certainly successful.

He moved. But when he lived there, he had those mini pigs. His wife also nearly lost her leg when she was getting out of a car nearby on the Boulevard and some passing car clipped off her opening door.

Oh, I know. Rod Stewart was always quite honest about his “vocal talent” and I adored him growing up. He put his soul into his songs, and the fact that his voice sounded like a cat mating while smoking Marlboros never hurt him for one second.
And I do love Cookie’s smokin’ voice. He also is a very generous and kind, sensitive human being, and he’s so smart. I always love the smartypants ones.
