No mention of David Cook's exact copy of Chris Cornell's arangement of Billie Jean, just praise from the judges. Getting all the credit. Well, the copyright law sez Cornell only has rights to control his own recording (with royalties to the original rights holder) and David Cook didn't play the Cornell recording and try to take credit for it.
