I thought that Carly was the most immature of the group for the last 3 weeks or so. She got out of line as far as I was concerned. I don’t think the talking while Syesha was singing helped any either. It stuck out as rude and again, immature. I’m surprised that Ryan was a part of it.

I’m not sure what to do. My son called and the track team is due back about the same time AI starts. :( So, I’ll end up missing about half the show. OR, I could go now and wait for them and watch on the tv in van. LOL Is that sad or what? I just hate to miss half of Neil Diamond week. :(

How would you compare those first two seasons with the others seasons? Do you think they are all equal or were there improvements made?

The first season was just odd. Idol was only a low-budget Summer show then--it didn't have all the production values and celebrity mentors that it's had since then.

And Seacrest and Dunkleman looked like a gay couple--LOL!

As far as contestants go, they were lucky to get Kelly Clarkson and Tamyra Gray. The rest had no business being there.

Season 2 was a huge improvement. Idol began to look more like it does now, with a much better crop of singers.

The lineup tonight has Jason in the "dredded" first spot. However, according to American Idol legend, the #2 spot is the death spot.
