Yep, that’s my New Year’s Resolution, as soon as I get the OK from the Cardio Guy, which I hope will come on Valentine’s Day, when I have an appt. with him.
Most of those folks have been doing that since Iowa.

Not Valerie is on a bizness trip to Dallas. Her room there at the Omni has a treadmill in the room.
That pretty much rules out any excuses...
Didja make it thru the weather? We got wind, but none of the called for thunderstorms. Buncha people without power, but we’re okay.
Luke looked out his window and said “there’s snow on my fort.” I told him no, there was no snow, it was too warm. He kept arguing.
When we stepped outside he said “hey, it’s warm out here.”
grrrrr....

I don’t think it was as bad here as predicted... or I slept through it, but I doubt it... I don’t sleep through wind.
Might blow all day today but it’s supposed to be at it’s peak about now.

All our roads are equally bad; it looks like everything got a single pass with the snowplow. Usually they clear off the main roads then the secondaries before they get around to streets like ours, but it looks like they realized nobody would be able to drive until their street had been hit once.
Hopefully by the time I head home, things will be better.
Well, Abby kitteh is feeling better. Jr. told me she ripped off her morphine patch...(he’s taking her back to the vet for a checkup)
Oh good. How’s she tolerating being confined?
She’s not complaining about it. Mrs. was a little concerned that she’d be bored, until she thought about what she does all day.
We’ve got her by the sliding doors at the back so she can see outside. And we cover the cage with a blanket at night for warmth and “privacy.”
She tolerated sitting on Jr’s lap for a while last night, so we’re going to bring her out a little more often. We’ll probably start letting her come out some. I’m just afraid the dog will try to chase her (since he hasn’t been able to for over a week now...) So we may have to restrain him elsewhere while we do it.
Some controlled out time would be good for her, I think! Is she all casted up?
