I just decided..if it gets there..McCain for me.. He seems the only one with America truley imbeded in his heart.His blood flowed for that America. A good staff will provide the rest.......

Since I don’t discuss politics with everyone I run into I refer to scientific polling. That is the most accurate way to gauge support.
Maybe he really is a Patriot who just lost a bunch of his screws upstairs - dunno. But I do know that I don't trust him any more than I trust Hillary Clinton. Heck - at least I know 100% for certain that Hillary is a socialist traitor and exactly what kind of POTUS dictator she would be.

Fred Thompson is my first choice for President. If he doesn’t gain any traction soon, then I will back McCain.

Thank you for the summation of McCain’s un-American activities. John Adams signed the “Alien & Sedition Acts”, which restricted freedom of speech. The fact that Adams signed the bill into law remains a great mystery....after all, he was one of the Founders. The Acts were so unpopular that Thomas Jefferson promised to repeal them if elected with a majority of like-minded members of Congress. It was done. Hope remains that we may yet see McCain-Feingold done
and gone.
Castro went to North Viet Nam and advised the communists to hold back some prisoners for ransom when the war ended. Castro got money from us by using that trick, and we got back those who were captured at the Bay of Pigs fiasco after we paid a ransom. Congress couldn’t find a way to ransom our troops...they are the still missing POWS. McCain and Kerry were sent to Hanoi to make agreements which would lead to normal diplomatic and trade relations with the communists. USA had to agree to DESTROY all records pertaining to sightings and other evidence. So, the chances of ever finding out their fate is just about gone. I don’t want a politician who would back-stab our military even near the Oval office. By the way, Kerry’s cousin was given contracts to act as land agent for the Hanoi government. I don’t know how McCain was paid off....it is silent until now, as far as I know.

Rush IS an ENTERTAINER. Yes, he is a conservative, but he is not the be all, know all. I simply think for myself, and there is nothing phony about that. Try it, you might like it.

This something you said to another Huck supporter or at least one who chooses Huck over Rush.
I am not meaning to be so brutal but when Huck uses scripture like he did while denouncing his attack ad while trying to get the media to run it, it really makes me mad.
Jesus said to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves and Hucks support from my Christian brothers is troubling. Not just because he uses the name of Jesus to further his political career but uses scripture to justify deceitfulness.
Rush is not just an entertainer, he is an extremely hard working influential political pundit.

thanks for your smart remark at the end there though. I do not need Rush to tell me Huckabee is a phony and more liberal than Fred or Hunter. I knew it from the first debate when my dad called to tell me he kinda liked that "Huckbee guy" and I responded "that phony that acts and talks just like Bill Clinton?" That was before I even knew he was from Hope.
The entire problem with building a fence in this political climate is how easily it can be defunded or torn down.
Look at the defunding that has already occurred.
In addition, I truly believe that he has lost touch and is in now in the K street ranks. - That insulting crack about
Americans not picking lettuce for 50 bucks was a dead giveaway.
