IBBLE, Okla. -- Some "goats gone wild" are the talk of a small Oklahoma town.
A woman received two tickets after her goats were caught mating and relieving themselves on her own yard. City law said it is illegal for any two animals to have sex in public within Dibble city limits.
It's also against law for them to relieve themselves in public even if the animal is fenced in on private land.
The owner was shocked when she heard the charges.
“I kind of thought if anyone was caught having sex in public, it could have been me,” Carol Medenhall said.
The woman fought the tickets and won partially because she didn't know she lived within city limits.
Her land was recently annexed by the city, located south of Oklahoma City, but she claims no one told her.
Dude...the police don’t make law...just enforce the stupid laws our politicians pass.....

Poor lady must have one of the worst lawyers in the country. If she had a small farm with goats and was annexed into the city she needs to tell the cops are whoever gave her a ticket to stick it where the sun don't shine. Look up the grandfather clause and the supreme court.
This law has nothing to do with children viewing sex acts. It’s a PETA freak law to stop domestic animals from reproducing. PETA freaks believe that domestic animals are a pollutant.

I was just kidding. The whole law and the story was so goofy I couldn’t resist.
PETA freaks hate humans and they hate domesticated animals. They think that animals should roam free. The idea is that domesticated animals live in an unnatural environment and create more pollution by defecating in areas that might get into the stormwater or streams. The PETA freaks seem to think that there is a difference between the phosphates produced by free range animals and domesticated animals. These freaks attend all the county fairs and 4H exhibits, telling the kids that they are abusing the animals by keeping them on farms and that there parents are bad people for raising farm animals.
This law has nothing to do with protecting children. The fences would simply keep the animals out of sight and away from any source of water. Remember PETA freaks’ favorite method of protest is public nudity.
