Curt Schilling vs. Ubaldo Jimenez
AccuScore has run more than 10,000 simulations for every World Series game for Yahoo! Sports, calculating how each team's performance changes in response to game conditions, opponent's abilities, roster moves, weather and more. Each game is simulated one play at a time and the game is replayed a minimum of 10,000 times to generate forecasted winning percentages, player statistics and a variety of game-changing scenarios.
Boston winning 66.8 percent of World Series simulations
AccuScore simulates each playoff game and the entire playoff series 10,000 times. This season, the team that has won over 50 percent of series simulations won their series with one exception: New York won 51 percent of simulations over Cleveland. AccuScore correctly projected Colorado to upset both Philadelphia and Arizona, but in simulations vs. Boston, the Red Sox ride home-field advantage and the dominant pitching of Josh Beckett to win 66.8 percent of series simulations.
The forecast below is based on the designated starters and was run on data available as of October 23. AccuScore's proprietary algorithm weights each game's data, and as each game is played the simulation winning percentages will change. The simulation winning percentages also will change if the projected starters change.

Key inning here.
I think its going to be Oki Doki time soon...
wow Matsui gets a hit of a bunt and the announcers are practically jumping out of their seats
Good throw would have had him...
Colorado can hit HRs and they are going into the best part of their line up.
Sox have gone cold at the plate which does not help. Colorado has good relief pitchers as well.
Timlin giving it up now!!!
I think this is not going to work out well for us tonight.
The Rox came into Boston
Looking for some action
But like our old friend Steinbrenner,
They couldnt get no satisfaction!
Clint Hurdle told his boys,
We just won 20 of 21.
Now lets go into Fenway Park
and have a little fun!
But Francis got spooked
when the crowd yelled YOOOUK!
Holliday kept screaming, WHY?!!
And both our aces
And Paps scary faces
Made Tulowitzki cry!
So Clint walked to the Boston dugout
And saw this guy named Tito
Clint said to the guy,
Why are you so fly?
He said,
Funky Ohhh-kajima!
Funky Ohhh-kajima!
Then Tito told Clint Hurdle
Some more of his tricks
He said, Make Pedroia your leadoff man
And youll get lots of hits!
Our number twos lucky goatee
Is thicker than molasses!
And Papi and Manny hit it so far
You have to get out your glasses!
Weve got Lugo and Coco
Bringin all their love
Mike Lowell with his golden bat
And his Golden Glove!
Weve got slammin outfielders
Like Ellsbury and Drew
But of course you need
great pitching too
Like Funky Ohhh-kajima!
Funky Ohhh-kajima!
Now, Becketts got a curve
That could not be any meaner
Then Schilling and Dice-K show up
And take you to the cleaners
Jon Lester is our come back kid
And for Timlin, its old hat
Del Carmen, Lopez, & Gagne
Might just ruin your at bat!
When we needed one more,
Kyle Snyder was the answer
And of course our lights out closer
Who is one mean Riverdancer
Weve got Cora, Kielty, and Hinske
Always ready when they get the call
Our back-up catcher Dougie
can even catch a knuckleball!
And you need great vets like Captain Tek
To calm the young guys fears
Weve got this great guy, Wake
Weve counted on for 13 years!
Clint looked appalled!
He said, I heard wed win it all
If I ate a Fenway weinah!
Tito said, No, no,
I tell ya, Bro
Its the Funky Ohhh-kajima!
Tito kept Timlin in too damn long... I knew the Rockies would wake up sooner or later.
I sure hope Oki Doki is “on” tonight. He usually is, but ya never know...
Oh, woe is us.
(I don't have a dog in this hunt, but....sweeps are BORING. Admit it, you Red Sox fans. )
Oops.
Look at those towels.....ugh.
Well, that sucked.
you want to tell me he’s “on” So long sweep they have the momentum now
(Remember...sweeps are BORING)
Oh...so there are some Rockies fans here.
Well if Colorado still doesn’t win this game, they will be totally demoralized.
I’m not sayng i want the rockies to win, however this does make for a more exciting game
That’s okay. We need someone to at least play the role of a Rockies fan.
Okajima is not on. I don’t like the idea of DelCarmen coming in.
