what we know now:

that is, Gibson was in the room before Mr. Taylor OR GBen arrived. Was Gibson also called the same as GBen to come to the hospital? Why was Gibson there at all? Why didn’t Howie dearest just say his name on Larry King Live? why be so cryptic - up to a jury to decide IF there was ‘another’ person?

what we knew then:

Police and the coroner refused to identify the third person in the former Playboy model’s room, but they said it was not a member of the hospital’s staff.

The person was “a male” described as a “boyfriend” of Anna Nicole Smith’s, a Bahamian source told the Daily News, but it was not her ex-flame Larry Birkhead, who says he is the father of her baby.

i was kinda looking at it as 2 people in the room with a dead body (r.i.p, Daniel) - anna people number one, howie dearest people number two - not counting Daniel as a people since he was deceased already. maybe Virgill was looking at it the same way?

i was actually surprised to learn it was Gibson there, when all along it was accepted it was GBen. Now we know that GBen got there last. And we know that, just like happened with KE regarding Anna’s death, Gibson was also (intentionally ?) left out of the narrative given by howie dearest of the happenings around Daniel’s death .

Thinking of howie dearest’s behavior immediately following Anna’s death - immediately jumping on the phone and making multiple phone calls - i can’t help but wonder when Gibson was actually called - i.e., how much time really elapsed between waking Anna/summoning the nurse?

I ‘think’ that in the ‘real world’ the estate of Anna could sue the attorney to Anna for failing to settle her debts in a timely fashion while she was living, seeing that he was admittedly in charge of the checkbook and disbursement of monies flowing into her/their? corporation and all....i’m not a legal person, tho, so I’m only guessing

I would think by now Mr. Wood wants out?In my opinion it was the biggest downfall of a career.Clients have to listen to Attorneys and I wonder where Howard is so controlling if he listens to Wood at all? Howard likes to run the show.
What I don't get about Howard is he has Wayne Munroe by his side at the inquest and he is sitting next to him as if he is on trial and he is only a witness? Why would a man with nothing to worry about sit there as if it was a murder trial next to his lawyer? An inquest is not a trial.

An inquest is not a trial...but it could be a good start..especially in this case.

Delaying the original inquest was probably Howard's biggest mistake. People were still stunned by Daniel's death and found pity for Anna (which I feel also). It was a heartbreaking loss for her and Virgie and others.

Dannielynn became Howard's Pawn No. 2.

I'd say by January, Anna had figured things out and was fighting Howard tooth and nail and CONFIDED IN KE...Anna's unknown enemy that Howard was the only one that would have/could have given Daniel the drugs...And she was going to bleep it at the newly scheduled inquest.

That faxed will with the "erroneous date" drives me nuts. Dated material from an attorney is wrong?? Attorney's are BOUND by dates all the time. I find the "wrong date" scenario extraordinarily strange....especially given that Howard talked to Rale several times...giving Howard the opportunity to "order the will to be sent".....To where???
