it sure is!!! I ‘think’ that in the ‘real world’ the estate of Anna could sue the attorney to Anna for failing to settle her debts in a timely fashion while she was living, seeing that he was admittedly in charge of the checkbook and disbursement of monies flowing into her/their? corporation and all....i’m not a legal person, tho, so I’m only guessing

Blue...You just "fire" an attorney. I've done it. If an attorney doesn't act, it's usually because he's decided not to act...and get fired.

However, in this case, I'd say that Howard knew that Anna's bankruptcy was phoney and firing him...Well...just more problems...
