Geraldo Rivera had tonight a rerun of the Clown Video and statement by, IIRC, that no matter for how long the Bahamas delay Daniel’s inquest, he will forget the death and let the matter go away.

Anyone know what ever happened with the rape charges against David Copperfield that allegedly happened in the Bahamas?

This time of year is a bit busy for me, so I hope you all overlook my belated Merry Christmas :)

I’d like to take just a moment to thank All of you for being so welcoming of input from everyone, myself included. We share a common goal that bonds us - demanding, even, at times, driving, the call for transparency in the deaths of a mother and son. I am grateful to be a small part of this on-going collective voice - a collective voice that surely brings hope and encouragement to Virgie and to the kin of Anna and Daniel. According to the subpoena and court filings, Stern believes this was hardly an accident, but an organized effort to railroad an innocent man in an attempt to give Arthur not only custody of baby Dannielynn, but control over what could be a half billion dollar inheritance from any settlement of the Marshal case.

i say ‘nuts’ to artie baby - he has lost his binky again. But at least he admits that Stern is focused on that 'half a billion' pinata instead of reality. And we can probably assume that howie baby has no intention of covering Dr. E's back.

Such a pitiful smokescreen to hide the harsh real truth that the websites encouraged by those close to howie dearest since March of this year, indeed, even encouraged by Artie baby himself, have been exposed amid their collapse full of confessions of intentionally and sysematically targeting Virgie's credibility, and that of Anna and her son, and anyone else who didn't fall at the alter to worship the ground howie dearest walked on, regardless of his culpability. Artie's threats are a lame attempt to redirect the spotlight that now shines on him and his pathetic buddy. I guess we can't expect Artie to write a column about him and Wood having judge Chin crawling down their backs lolol

The carrier, or ISP, assigns individual IP numbers to it’s own connecting users. If you're a company or corporation or business, you probably have your own permanent IP; most of us individuals probably have changing IPs. To disclose personal information about the user assigned to the ISP-assigned IP number, the ISP would require a court order.

now, if you’re on AOL, say, and click from this website to another website, then AOL assigns your computer a new IP number just by clicking out, and someone else would be assigned the now-unused IP number that you were just using -thus, IP numbers are passed from user to user as people log in and surf around and therefore are pretty much meaningless as a means of ‘threatening’ anyone

As far as Larry testifying...His testimony would amount to nothing. He simply wasn't anywhere around...His original "I wanna testify" was a red herring simply because it was after Anna's death. He didn't want to look too friendly...just as in Seidlin's court.

I agree. it probably was also because, just as in Seidlin's court, he wants/craves the photo-op. I'm still trying to figure out why Larry said that he needed 'more time' for any interview. (his excuse for not being chosen for that top-ten whatever) One would think if he had anything of substance to say, without being paid to do so, then surely a reporter/pap following his shopping trips would have been happy to listen and give him all the time in the world....

Just a note:

I'm a grandmother with 5 grandchildren. I'm closest to the two oldest as they live in the area.

I can't imagine being denied access to either of them. I believe the cruelist thing that Howard AND THE COURT ever did was denying Virgie the "HER RIGHT" to hold Dannielynn.

That vicious I Hate Mommy tape can only be construed as "pre-meditation" in Anna's death.

The COMPLETE clown tape shows how Anna was easily drugged...knowingly or unknowingly. Howard even acknowledged that he had seen her in worse shape than the clown tape.

What he left out was that HE FED HER THE PILLS DELIBERATELY AND WITH MALICE. The little girls statement tells us so.

So, in the end, I think the tapes will work against him....including the I HATE MOMMY TAPE because every tape has a "little girl" in the background....a witness...to what the hell was really going down.

I still remember Larry smirking at "Howard's cup" sitting in front of him. That smirk was the face of a "smart a**".

It took us a while to catch on to the little creep but he soon revealed "the real Larry". A "narscisstic" loser more than willing to accept money and pretend to be the father of the year. What a farce. Now he's "stuck" with a tot...who has a full time Nanny...and a lazy, no good father.
