As far as Larry testifying...His testimony would amount to nothing. He simply wasn't anywhere around...His original "I wanna testify" was a red herring simply because it was after Anna's death. He didn't want to look too friendly...just as in Seidlin's court.

I agree. it probably was also because, just as in Seidlin's court, he wants/craves the photo-op. I'm still trying to figure out why Larry said that he needed 'more time' for any interview. (his excuse for not being chosen for that top-ten whatever) One would think if he had anything of substance to say, without being paid to do so, then surely a reporter/pap following his shopping trips would have been happy to listen and give him all the time in the world....

Just a note:

I'm a grandmother with 5 grandchildren. I'm closest to the two oldest as they live in the area.

I can't imagine being denied access to either of them. I believe the cruelist thing that Howard AND THE COURT ever did was denying Virgie the "HER RIGHT" to hold Dannielynn.

That vicious I Hate Mommy tape can only be construed as "pre-meditation" in Anna's death.

The COMPLETE clown tape shows how Anna was easily drugged...knowingly or unknowingly. Howard even acknowledged that he had seen her in worse shape than the clown tape.

What he left out was that HE FED HER THE PILLS DELIBERATELY AND WITH MALICE. The little girls statement tells us so.

So, in the end, I think the tapes will work against him....including the I HATE MOMMY TAPE because every tape has a "little girl" in the background....a witness...to what the hell was really going down.

I still remember Larry smirking at "Howard's cup" sitting in front of him. That smirk was the face of a "smart a**".

It took us a while to catch on to the little creep but he soon revealed "the real Larry". A "narscisstic" loser more than willing to accept money and pretend to be the father of the year. What a farce. Now he's "stuck" with a tot...who has a full time Nanny...and a lazy, no good father.
