If it wasn't suicide, how could it be accidental with that tremendous amount?
AND if he was in the hospital with a "Valium Problem" in July, why would he be LESS cautious with meds....particularly since he was NOW, FINALLY getting to see his mom and the baby.
Perhaps he didn't expect that level of activity from them.
We'll have to puzzle on this more.

Let me rephrase that because I cringe when people mention FR because I don’t wish the nasties to come here and bother us...it would have been nice if you would have at least said it was from a different board or poster other than yourself.

And the biggie....Anna didn't want to go to the hospital. I'm sure KE said "That's okay...you'll be fine. It's just the flu and you have a little infection...and here's proof....Tamiflu and cipro.
Thousands die of the flu every year and that's exactly where the autopsy was headed...
I wish this post and some others here on FR could be forwarded to the Judge hearing the inquest witnesses! Or I wish the witnesses would read these comments and answer them for the judge! I don’t personally find Wayne Munroe that intelligent, but I don’t know how much favorable consideration will be given his remarks just because of his Bahamian connections. After all the court delays and foul ups by law enforcement in the Bahamas, and after all the foul ups in the Natalee Holloway case in Aruba, I don’t have much confidence in getting justice in the Caribbean if you’re an American citizen. Then, too, you have HKS and his ilk trying to use their connections to obfuscate the situation.
That is exactly what should be done.

note to noone in particular:
Daniel was admitted to the hospital at least twice that we know of, July 18th and approx 3 weeks prior to that (according to Martino/giancola), and possibly privately seen by Kapoor.
it has been reported Wayne Munroe has said, ‘a physician had prescribed Daniel unspecified medication for back pain and his depression, as well as counseling’
HOWEVER, the introduced medical records [allegedly when the press was conveniently out of the room except for allegedly Bain] showed Daniel ‘entered the intensive care unit of a Calif hospital in Jul 2006, when he was treated for an ‘impaired mental status’ that cited ‘the misuse of Valium’ as a factor.
QUESTION: where were the medical records obtained from? are these hospital records, copies, or are these the Dr. Kapoor’s records?
QUESTION: are two different diagnoses here? or just a summary of the two or three diagnoses? Who prescribed valium? was this before the first or second hospitalization or was it prescribed by a hospital physician or an outside physician/psychiatrist?
are there attending physician affidavits or statements?
QUESTION: why was this information not released upon the death of Daniel, instead of over a year later?
QUESTION: why was welcht not given this information?
why didn’t wecht ‘file’ his autopsy results so they could be admissible evidence?
QUESTION:IF Daniel had a history of ‘misuse’ of valium, why was no valium found in his system on Jul 18th, hospitalization drug test? Why none found during his autopsy?
Wecht’s autopsy report will NOT be filed under after the inquest. They simply will not accept it until after the inquest. It has to FIT with what occurs at the inquest. He’s an outsider remember.
totally agree - no coincidence. I agree there's been a lot of shenannigans in the Bahamas - postponing an inquest for yet another month seems a little more than odd to me.
that said, at least at this point we have 'regular people' jurors, and we can hold out that they will see, it's no coincidence either, and that they have enough unaswered questions about howie baby's behavior to warrant a unanimous judgement by them that the death was not accidental and not suicide. I hope.
I haven't read anything at all yet about KE even being mentioned. I sure hope the jurors are made aware of her intimate association to both Daniel and Anna.

seriously, tho, the best answer probably is, howie baby had the pills in HIS pocket - immediate access at an opportune moment...like maybe 0228 walkie time...imo

I recall Monroe saying that the reason the Cracker corp was formed was “specifically” to purchase the [pink] house and the boat - with him and his partner as the two sole stockholders (still haven’t figured out how that would have helped Anna’s residency requirements if she was not owner, but tenant of a house owned by two ‘stockholders’]
somehow i think there must be a conflict of interest in his representing howie baby in all this
20 pills is just the methadone’s worth, right? so there would be even more for the antidepressants? wonder which antidepressants dissolve in liquid (ranch dressing?) as easily as CH or methadone?
maybe one of the reasons KE left after the baby was born (besides to arrange meeting with Daniel before his flight) was because the Shelleys/GBen were headed to the bahamas to see anna and baby and planned to stay in their home, the horizons. From all i’ve read, KE was under the radar and unbeknownst to the Shelleys/GBen?
i have Illegal Aliens - i’ve watched it several times - imo there is NO WAY the clown video is a comparable performance to anna’s acting in that movie. imo There is no expressiveness, no humor and no sparkle in her eyes in the clown video, as is Always present throughout Illegal Aliens. howie baby is counting on nobody having seen Illegal Aliens or maybe he thinks everyone has an iq lower than his ....imo
