You posted a link to the official Broward County Investigation into the scene of the “death”. It’s a PDF document so I can’t cut and paste it.
It states that HKS told ANS at 11:00 AM that he was going to look at the boat. If I remember correctly, there was a period of time when HKS was alone with ANS, and didn’t leave the hotel room until he went downstairs, leaving her alone, and was met unexpectedly by Tas, and the others after 12 noon.
Also, the Medical Examiner leaves the facts to speak for themselves: she reports that Tas called Moe when she started CPR at 12:30 PM. The next thing: Moe calls 911 when he returns to the hotel room at 1:40 PM.
And yet, no one even says boo. Why the long time between the beginning of CPR and calling the ambulance?
And why did HKS say goodbye to ANS at 11:00AM when he was alone with ANS until the others arrived after 12? What was the point of mentioning this? Only to establish that she was alive the last time he saw her at 11:00 AM? Thus her time of death would have been between @11:15 and 12:30 PM? But wasn’t she “blue” at 12”30? Weren’t there signs that she had died several hours prior? Haven’t we decided that her death must have been closer to 9 AM? Does anyone remember?
Also, I didn’t realize that all of the medications were found in Moe’s bedroom. There is NO mention of Chloral Hydrate in ANS’ bedroom. So how could she have overdosed on Chloral Hydrate unless it was handed to her? Howard stated to police that he was alone with her and no one else prior to her death. Which means he administered her last dose of medication. She was never alone long enough to get to Moe’s room, find the CH, and get back to bed.
It would have been an impossibility. By the facts that HKS originally gave the police on the day of her death, he admits only he could have given her the overdose. Whether by accident or not, that is a fact. But Perper wrote it up in a different way: he wrote that she was known to take as much medication as she desired indicating that Anna was responsible for administering her last dose of CH. Yet, his autopsy says she didn’t die of one big overdose anyway, but of repeated doses over several days combined with tons of other CNS depressants. No, it all adds up to one thing: either medical incompetence by KE, or deliberate poisoning by KE and HKS combined.
Sounds like the same disconnect from reality we saw on the clown video.
“She was very close to Danny and I saw it,” Stern said during the hearing presided over by Magistrate William Campbell at the Coroner’s Court at the Royal Victoria Gardens in Nassau. “Almost every time I saw Anna Nicole, she had Danny with her.”

first up tuesday was monroe asking the court be cleared to consider the matters relating to the ‘impaneling of a jury’.
Anna’s mother, Virgie Arthur, is NOT on the witness list, but says she expects to be there, ‘every day’, and attended today with her husband, James Arthur.
Birkhead, who apparently IS on the witness list, says outside the courtroom that maybe what he has to say might even help HKS

“Ms. Woodside said she entered Ms. Smith’s room three more times during her 11:30pm to 7:30am shift – once to deliver three pillows, another time when Ms. Smith requested pain reliever and the third time, around 6am, to take the patient’s vital signs.

“The third person called to the witness box was registered nurse and mid-wife Janice Knowles. She testified that she last saw Smith alive at 5:30am on September 10, 2006, when she came to take the baby out of the room and into the nursery.
“Ms. Knowles testified that Smith did not want the baby to leave and protested to his mother, but to her recollection the baby was taken out of the room.
“Next to take the stand was Mavis Davis, a certified phlebotomist – one who draws blood. She told the court that she last saw Smith alive around 6:20am when she went to draw blood from his mother.
“I saw a young man making adjustments to her (Anna Nicole’s) bed,” Ms. Davis said.

So Daniel had been constantly disturbed...but when he said he was sleepy, Howard said "He should have thought more of it at the time". Geez...The young man just got off a long plane flight, too.
Red Herring No. 5: Howard is saying that Daniel was acting "sick". But, since when does "tired" equate to "death". Daniel wasn't 90. It also says that Howard was up most of the time.
I’m glad Pindar is there. I think he’s maybe one of the few honest Bahamian Attorneys around.
What bothers me? Howard’s story about Daniel helping his mom to the bathroom. One would think that Howard would do that.
Code Blue went out at 9:40 AM. His fingers were blue. He was "cool to the touch".
The last person to see Daniel moving was at 6:20.
3 Hours and 20 minutes.
Flash Forward: Howard helped Anna to the bathroom at 9:30 AM....+3 hrs 20 min = 12:50 AM.
Moe called Taz the first time when? The second time?
Anna's face was blotchy. Cool to the touch? Neither Taz nor Brigitte has said...but the fact that they were rubbing her feet tells me she was.
My guess in both cases is that they were dead for an hour before found.
I still think that Howard called Moe to call Taz because "he didn't know her number".
Ms. hanna found a white pill in a bed....which bed has not been identified.

The other day when I read that all I could think of is what a dastardly conniving man Howard appears to be. IMO.
Always said there's something else in the urn besides Howard's ashes and that the tiara said: "The Queen is Dead"...which goes back to KE and the "Queen Bee" bit she apparently passed to Perper. I can almost feel the hate seething from KE.
If this report is correct then Howard is saying that he took the picture of Daniel to use it to I.D. Daniel from a picture of Daniel taken at the morgue.

Actually, in the last few years almost every time we saw Anna, Howard was with her but I don't think that they were very close especially towards the end. IMO.
