Something happened between that letter to her mom saying ‘im’a wantin’ babies, momma, (imow) and the signing of the will - speculation: blackmail tapes/video? orrrrrrrr....... Virgie’s stroke????
I haven’t looked at the will for a while - does it say in a upper or lower corner “page x of y pages” anywhere, or is it just paginated 1,2,3, etc.?

The article on Friday, Feb 9, ‘07 from the Bahama news service has this quote:
“On Tuesday, Ms. Smith and TrimSpa – the diet products company for which she was the spokesperson – were sued in a class action lawsuit alleging that their marketing of a weight loss pill was false or misleading.”
It has always bothered me that the TrimSpa CEO was in constant contact with HKS the day Anna died. I believe he was one of the first people HKS telephoned. Why him? What has happened with that lawsuit? If Goen is in cahoots with HKS, IMO, then it would explain their telephone calls, where HKS gets the money to hire Lin Woods et. al., why Anna’s death was an answer to a problem. What is the relationship between HKS and Goen?
We know that Anna participated in marketing fraud with Goen because she died with Slimfast in her frig and the nannies said that Slimfast was her main source of nutrition. Now, anyone with half a brain takes these weight loss solutions and their advertising with a grain of salt. So the people suing TrimSpa are being just plain greedy. Sounds like TrimSpa has deep pockets.
I think there are a lot of questions that need to be answered by HKS, KE, LB, RR, and the Stern family. I want to know if they laundered ANS' money and if so; HOW and where is it now? I hope Jerry Brown is still pursuing this case.

Why was Danny flown to the Bahamas on THAT day? Why not the next day when she and the baby would be home? (CLue: The Horizons would have become a murder scene).
Why was Anna flown to Florida to pick up the boat? Her presence was TOTALLY unnecessary AND she was VERY sick and complaining on the plane.(Clue: The Horizons (with methadone in the fridge) would have become a murder scene.
Why did KE leave Anna the night before and fly back a few hours later?
Why was KE advertised as Anna's friend and not her physician in the days following her death. All WE heard about was Kapoor....for days....along with that picture...which HOWARD must have given the media.
Howard calls everyone a liar....and says people say bad things about him. Sounds like what one of the jurors said about Anna....She can't be the one telling the truth and the other 23 people are all lying. They also said she was "off the wall".
But what makes you think HKS lied to this PI? Don’t you think that the only reason HKS hired this guy was to keep certain people quiet? Maybe he meant that his clients have to tell him the whole truth and then there are no surprises. JMO.

I suggested there was an “old will” in which Virgie was named “at least”, Daniel’s guardian. I believe the “I Hate Mommy” tape was an attempt to offset the possibility of that turning up and “spoiling the plan” and to strengthen the 2001 will.

Wasn’t Anna in Florida for a DNA test ordered by the California court? Wasn’t that why she was trying to get off of methadone? Or maybe I’m all mixed up. A DNA test is not a drug test, but...can you remember?
Poor Anna, she was such a mixed up soul. Sometimes I wonder if she suffered with multiple personality disorder. Something was wrong. Her grasp of reality was weak; she seemed to live part of the time in a fantasy world. And when pumped with drugs like she was after Daniel passed away, her ability to reason was quite limited. Til the day she died.
Or maybe they just met for cocktails?

ha! planes don’t land ‘accidentally’ anywhere - whoever came up with That Whopper is an idiot incapable of forward thinking about such things as ‘towers’ full of air-traffic controllers - quite a few at MIA - come into their airspace unannounced and radio off, and they tend to get upset - real upset - enough to make print media upset.
mebe the question is, not did hks know milstein but what calif connections millie has - i.e., rale, kavorkian, shebby, etc etc etc who would have ‘put in a good word’ about howie to millie.

the other question is, who did they pick up in Miami? (if, they actually landed there?) was it Katz, who entered the hotel with them as has been reported? was Katz with them the entire couple of hours delay between touchdown and hotel or was he a swing-by pickup near the hotel?? If Anna was there to ‘pick up a boat’ why Katz at all?
I would guess that the Gibson's saw Anna before she left for Florida...since she was in great shape (dancing lesson).
We've NEVER EVER heard anything from whomever was giving her the dancing lesson....only KE's statement.
