After I referred to this as a "cover sheet", I wondered if it really was. The date at the top of the page shows 02-03-2007,RAR (Ron A. Rale), and in the square stamped: File No. 08-07A4, it looks like Atty. Barth written on the line with Ex. No.A, and it was filed on 02-16-07. Do you think Barth returned it to have it filed in CA.? Why is Eric James Lund Esq. in possession of ANS' will? Are he and Krista Barth members of the same firm? I thought Ron Rale was the attorney for ANS, and that HKS was the Executor and Rale the 2nd Executor of the will. Did they change or attempt to change that will? Anna died 02-08, so why was the will sent on 02-03? I know Rale claims the date was wrong on the office fax machine, but are we sure he faxed it from his office or was it from his files at home? I find it hard to believe that a fax machine in an upscale law firm would have the date wrong on their fax machine by an entire week...if it was sent the day after her death as claimed. You know someone would have caught the mistake earlier than that! Rale insults the intelligence of everyone on this thread if he thinks we believe he can be trusted with the truth.
I think there are a lot of questions that need to be answered by HKS, KE, LB, RR, and the Stern family. I want to know if they laundered ANS' money and if so; HOW and where is it now? I hope Jerry Brown is still pursuing this case.
Why is EVERYTHING wrong in this friggin' mess.
Why was Danny flown to the Bahamas on THAT day? Why not the next day when she and the baby would be home? (CLue: The Horizons would have become a murder scene).
Why was Anna flown to Florida to pick up the boat? Her presence was TOTALLY unnecessary AND she was VERY sick and complaining on the plane.(Clue: The Horizons (with methadone in the fridge) would have become a murder scene.
Why did KE leave Anna the night before and fly back a few hours later?
Why was KE advertised as Anna's friend and not her physician in the days following her death. All WE heard about was Kapoor....for days....along with that picture...which HOWARD must have given the media.
Howard calls everyone a liar....and says people say bad things about him. Sounds like what one of the jurors said about Anna....She can't be the one telling the truth and the other 23 people are all lying. They also said she was "off the wall".
