The article on Friday, Feb 9, ‘07 from the Bahama news service has this quote:
“On Tuesday, Ms. Smith and TrimSpa – the diet products company for which she was the spokesperson – were sued in a class action lawsuit alleging that their marketing of a weight loss pill was false or misleading.”
It has always bothered me that the TrimSpa CEO was in constant contact with HKS the day Anna died. I believe he was one of the first people HKS telephoned. Why him? What has happened with that lawsuit? If Goen is in cahoots with HKS, IMO, then it would explain their telephone calls, where HKS gets the money to hire Lin Woods et. al., why Anna’s death was an answer to a problem. What is the relationship between HKS and Goen?
We know that Anna participated in marketing fraud with Goen because she died with Slimfast in her frig and the nannies said that Slimfast was her main source of nutrition. Now, anyone with half a brain takes these weight loss solutions and their advertising with a grain of salt. So the people suing TrimSpa are being just plain greedy. Sounds like TrimSpa has deep pockets.
The slimfast is embarrassing and I think the HGH is just as important. Rita says that Larry also talks about it and it was provided by Alex Goen. If you look at Anna she did have some muscle definition and I think that came from the HGH. She spoke about having a gym in the Bahamas but I wonder if she actually used it.
