oops, I should have added, they do not have internet access in any prison I know of. FEW trustees might for their work assignment but that too has declined from problems and public complaints. Hey, a new assignment for HKS.. as ‘trustee’. :D

I know there was a list posted wayyyy back in the past, back when everyone was being ‘drafted’ for topics- was anyone drafted to track links? maybe that person could track the dead ones also?

even if hks held power of attny on the checking account, if he were to sign checks, he would have to sign the checks with his name, followed by ‘poa’ (yes, he could still drain the account).
If hks and ke were legal signers on the account without poa, their names would,normally, appear on the checks and they would sign in their own names.
Anna’s signature (for a company account) could be mechanically reproduced (per bank standards) (like many of our paychecks!) with a simple computer program, but signing Anna’s name by hand without some sort of prior written authorization (a bookkeeper may have written permission to sign the bosses’ name) imo moo is forgery
the end goal isn’t getting HKS for forgery - the end goal is where the money in those accounts came from and went to - imo
I'd agree with that - and if he didn't have it at the horizons there darn sure was a cy at Studio City (which, from what I saw of moving day pictures, was never packed up for any move prior to her death)

Rale of course knew his parents and all their family secrets, too..via Howard. Kids are famous for keeping secrets.
It was indeed (according to what he told Seidlin) an "emergency" for Howard to get back to the Horizons.
That will is "Daniel specific" with Howard appointed as his guardian. With Daniel's death, Howard is out of the picture completely. His job was to get distribute Anna's money to Daniel and Daniel alone and be his guardian until he reaches age 21.
With Daniel's death, Howard is literally out of a job since "No others may inherit".
By what right does Howard even file as suit to have her declared the sole heir?
On the matter of WILLS.
Daniel is estranged in 2006. Anna is pregnant with child.
Howie is now encouraging Anna to make a NEW WILL to include the new child. Anna probably agrees and a will is drawn up. The nannies witnessed a lot of paper signing.
Something about releasing the NEW WILL has spooked Howard - it has to be the dates, signatures, witnesses. Something that could show malfeasance, premeditation or illegality. Maybe Anna’s signature is misspelled *Vichie*.
