When was the will requested? You just don't send a will when someone dies. IT's NOT the first thing on your mind. I'd guess that Howard ALWAYS had a copy in his possession. It's too important not to have it. Rale was ONLY co-executor.

I'd agree with that - and if he didn't have it at the horizons there darn sure was a cy at Studio City (which, from what I saw of moving day pictures, was never packed up for any move prior to her death)

I think the will was at the Horizons. When Shelly did "As Anna wished", he specifically took the legal papers which Howard SPECIFICALLY pointed out as missing...along with some "very personal photos".

It was indeed (according to what he told Seidlin) an "emergency" for Howard to get back to the Horizons.
