I was using the scientific term. I’m sure it has MANY “familiar” names!!!

I wish you were my neighbor too!
We have a very young girl moving in next door. She's had several guys here and a car of girlfriends. She's moving in some of her things in the dark. At 9pm. With no electric turned on. *sigh* I SOOOOOOO need to move.

You Make a Great First Impression |
You can handle almost any social situation with grace, even the tricky ones. Strangers often find you charming and interesting. You are often remembered fondly. Even if you're not naturally outgoing, you can make conversation with anyone if you need to.
Whether you were born this way or had to work to get here, you are definitely charismatic. You're popular and well liked. People definitely look forward to being around you. Your social connections bring you a full and rich life. You understand how important it is to make a lasting impression. |

Kind of a short quiz, same result. And I am (used to be?) the shy guy.

We're looking. Taking the garden is a criteria for where we move. Since it's rural here, there shouldn't be a problem.
My current landlord is an idiot. There's not enough parking so he told me to get rid of a car. I've been here 12 years. He's owned it 3.

Sounds like your landlord needs a few lessons in “Congeniality 101.”
I’m sure when you give him the bottom line, he’ll wish he was a tad nicer.

Three days before electricity. Day one, decided shaving by candlelight was a bad thing. Day two, started growing a beard. Day three, learned about the need for conditioner on new beards. Met the dear goodwife a year later; she's never seen me without it and hopefully never will.

You Make a Good First Impression |
You probably are making a much better impression than you realize. Social situations can be a bit awkward for you at times, and you tend to over think what you say and do. If you make a social faux pas, you remember it a lot longer than anyone else does.
Just relax and do your best. There are little things you can do to improve your social image. Express more of an interest in the people around you, and be a good listener. The secret of fascinating people is that they find everyone else fascinating! |

This guy has been a nightmare. He tells us we have 2 or 3 days to clean the porch off..........he's replacing the floor. Oopps. Not this Tuesday. OR next Tuesday. Probably not this year.
When he did the electric, it took from July 25 to Sept 15. We'd gwt up early, clear a room and wait for the electrician to show. Somedays he did. And some he didn't. No one ever called. He has no respect for his tenants.
We'd have been gone by now except it's hard to find a place that takes pets. Especially in a rural area where there's not a lot of choices and rent is usually $2000 a month.
End of vent. Maybe. lol

If you've been there twelve years, you should be the landlords. When you find your next place, consider buying an apartment building. You get all the headaches of ownership, but you can hedge against inflation by raising the rent occasionally.
