Sounds like your landlord needs a few lessons in “Congeniality 101.”
I’m sure when you give him the bottom line, he’ll wish he was a tad nicer.
When he did the electric, it took from July 25 to Sept 15. We'd gwt up early, clear a room and wait for the electrician to show. Somedays he did. And some he didn't. No one ever called. He has no respect for his tenants.
We'd have been gone by now except it's hard to find a place that takes pets. Especially in a rural area where there's not a lot of choices and rent is usually $2000 a month.
