I think you are trying to say you do not have proper exercise equipment at home. I think you are also trying to ask how much weight can you substitute for not lifting.
Rather than lift the entire weight above your head, you are doing something else. I don’t think you’re pressing (lifting to your shoulders rather than above your head).
I think you want to know if this alternate activity (whatever it is) is worth 20 lb. on a 30 lb. weight (could we say 2/3?) or is it more like 10 lb. on a 20 lb. weight (could we say 1/2?)

30lb x square root of your weight divided by your height. Then multiply the remainder by your age.
I’m positive this is the right answer. Do I win?

No gym for home, I take this to mean he does not have proper exercise equipment at home.
work out floor with 30,
He does some sort of floor exercise with a 30 lb. weight.
but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
Obviously this floor exercise is not the same as actually lifting the weight -- I think he is asking is it like lifting a 20 lb. weight if he's working with a 30 lb. weight, or is it more like lifting a 10 lb. weight if he's working with a 20 lb. weight.

Beers are usually 12 ounces. Less than a pound. You should not have 30, or twenty, U want half, so 10, ( NO MORE THAN 10, trust me!) before you post.

Well, yes. The key is home plate. It isn't shaped like the other weights, it has five sides, but it isn't a pentagon, it's a square with a little 90 degree point whose sides run up either baseline. That way when you get a hit you know which direction to go.
But you can't just go either direction, that is, you have to run counterclockwise, which is anticlockwise in Great Britain because they're in the Eastern hemisphere. If you don't you'll end up on third base first, which not only confuses hell out of the pitcher (if he's a lefty it's to his off side) but makes a 5-4-3 double play completely impossible because the third baseman is 6. Have you ever heard of a 5-4-6 double play? Didn't think so.
This difficulty is compounded if you go metric. There there's a conversion factor - one pound is .45 kilograms, so when you have a shortstop to second baseman to first baseman double play it's 2.25 to 1.8 to 1.35, Tinker to Evers to Chance, if you will. The problem is that the umps won't let them wear uniform numbers in fractions, not even digital fractions, so you round up or down and get 2 to 2 to 1, who's also the pitcher. If he isn't fast enough to cover first base for the double play you wouldn't be able to score this at all. I think you can see what a problem that would be.
No, when it comes to weightlifting or baseball we simply can't depend on the unreliable metric system. It's pure Communism.

He’s definitely going to have to with the number of beers in his system!
