No gym for home,

I take this to mean he does not have proper exercise equipment at home.

work out floor with 30,

He does some sort of floor exercise with a 30 lb. weight.

but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Obviously this floor exercise is not the same as actually lifting the weight -- I think he is asking is it like lifting a 20 lb. weight if he's working with a 30 lb. weight, or is it more like lifting a 10 lb. weight if he's working with a 20 lb. weight.

I’ve thought about it some — unless the weight actually leaves the floor, any exercise you would do would not come close to lifting it. The coefficient of friction of your floor is probably well under 0.5, so it’s not even as good as lifting a 10 lb. weight if your weight is 20 lb.

Well now. That is a question.
