I know, I listened to Brit Hume tonight, the first time in months. During the 3 man discussion I was amazed that the name of Fitzgerald or Armitage was never mentioned. It was as if Libby was still the bad guy. Personally, I think Fitzgerald should be tried, convicted and jailed for what he did to Libby. Fitzgerald KNEW a week into the investigation that Armitage was the leaker, as did Powell, yet fitztgerald asked them to keep mum. The audasity of GENERAL powell to keep mum and let an innocent man hang is beyond my comprehension of a General of our military to allow this to happen. My admiration of General powell has done a nose dive into the gutter. My estimation of the man is that he rode to prominence on the coattails of the Republican party. After he left government employment he stabbed the very party that taught him, advanced him and made him a prominent name, in the back. I am just happy he never ran for president, because he is nothing but a demoflop who is ready to sell this country down the river. I have no use or respect for the man. He’s a turncoat.

Good morning! I am on vacation. We leave for Bryce Canyon this morning at about 10 am.
I broke a tooth (back molar) on Saturday, so I spent most of the morning in the dentist’s chair, getting a root canal and a crown. I am petrified of the dentist. But I tried a new dentist and he was great. Even though I was in the chair for almost 3 hours, it wasn’t too bad. I even had gas for the first time. I didn’t feel any different, but the dentist said I was much more relaxed after awhile.
And there is hardly any pain. And my whole face wasn’t numb when I came home. I may just start going to the dentist when I am supposed to...

D got a call from the attorney yesterday, VERY SOON TJ will have a new home for real. We will send a picture to be posted as soon as it is done and then you will see why we, and mainly ME are so proud. In the 70’s Treva and I lost a little boy and now it is coming, wish she was around to see and experience this.
Think I am going to take it easy today, kinda worn out from the heat, running out of ACTIV=ON, sure like that stuff, in a big old tube, not messy, works too, just rub it on.
I have a fly that I am fixen to pull bin Lauden on that is flying all around my head, dribing me El Nuto (a little Spanish ya know).

General Powell and Richard Armitage aided and abetted Patrick Fitzgerald's political manhunt for anyone in President Bush's administration....the original target being VP Cheney.
Their silence in the face of what they knew to be false is unforgivable, and Fitzgerald himself needs to be prosecuted for prosecutorial misconduct. Nifong was...why not Fitz?
Back from my hit and run post of yesterday.
Yes, it does seem like a lot of water. But as you get used to drinking more you actually visit the “loo” less often. It also hydrates your skin and just makes everything work better.
If I don’t get enough water during the day, I really feel the difference. If you are thirsty, you are probably dehydrated.

On the merits I think Bush probably got it about right. On the politics, I think Bush would have been smarter to give Libby an outright pardon. But, having just watched Joe Wilson sputter in pompous rage on the Today Show, I'm tempted to argue that Bush should have used eminent domain to take Wilson's convertible Jaguar and give it to Scooter Libby.
