Back from my hit and run post of yesterday.
Yes, it does seem like a lot of water. But as you get used to drinking more you actually visit the “loo” less often. It also hydrates your skin and just makes everything work better.
If I don’t get enough water during the day, I really feel the difference. If you are thirsty, you are probably dehydrated.

On the merits I think Bush probably got it about right. On the politics, I think Bush would have been smarter to give Libby an outright pardon. But, having just watched Joe Wilson sputter in pompous rage on the Today Show, I'm tempted to argue that Bush should have used eminent domain to take Wilson's convertible Jaguar and give it to Scooter Libby.
I need to feel full all of htetime or I “pick”, so water does the trick.
