My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Gee, I didn’t think I had posted that birdhouse so much as to be remembered.
Yup, it is still raining. Probably will a little tomorrow, too, before starting to clear up and warm a bit each day.
Seems like it has rained here 9 months out of the past year. Looks like it, too, as we’re getting a definite tropical rainforest look as spring continues.

You haven't posted the graphic that often, I just have a good visual memory. ;)

Yesterday, was not a great day for me, I spent most of it on the couch shivering while wrapped in a woolen blanket. Today, I learned why; I have gotten a tummy virus.
Soooo... I will be around now and again, but for now I am hitting the couch to watch Blade Runner.

Yesterday I was chilly all day and finally turned the heat on!
Hey, Feathers, if that's the tummy flu my doc had, despite how bad it feels right now, it should go away fast.

Yes indeed I am on the West Coast. I do a part-time gig as an armed security officer and have to be on-site by 6:00am.
