Illegal aliens have no right to march and or demand anything from the United States. Your killing our Country/Economy by:
1. Not paying taxes, and the money that you earn is sent back to support your extended families.
2. Collecting government money, when you don't deserve it.
3. Taking jobs away from Americans.
4. Taking/Scamming American benefits that you don't deserve.
5. Breaking Health and building codes through out the United States, so you and your whole family and all of your friends can over run a house and an entire neighborhood.
6. Sending your kids to public schools, when you don't pay any sort of taxes.
7. Creating chaos in the streets of America, demanding rights and a free ride, when you yourself are breaking the laws.
GO HOME, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE, WE DO NOT NEED OR WANT YOU HERE!!!
No different than coming into my living room, pissing on the rug and then telling me to clean it up.
But if you want to call it an invasion, you had better be ready to charge all those who have refused to repel the invasion with treason.
I’m ALL for LEGAL immigration - background checks, health checks etc..
First of all, that is why I mentioned a guest worker program. Good for America and good for Mexico. However, I believe it is an invasion and that our president (and past presidents) is culpable. The problem is out of hand.
My education is along the line of political science, political theory.
Natural Law is th foundation of much of what we do. Lawyers have found a way to convolute all that, much to the chagrin of the founding Fathers.
I know you are correct, in present day legal practice. However, in the realm of political theory, you know what I’m saying is correct.
When I consciously make a decision to break a law, I consciously make a decision that I may suffer a consequence.
When I choose to do a criminal act, I have to know that I have forfeit any “rights” that I may have had.
I matters not that I am convicted, or found guilty or whatever. It only matters that I consciously broke a law.
Well, not Mexicans. President Bush would surrender. But the result would be the same.
“Yes, they do have the right to march and protest.”
(Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”)
NO THEY DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO MARCH...
The SCOTUS addressed this problem about rights for illegal aliens in United States V Verdugo-Urquidez 494 US 259 (1990)
Cheif Justice Renquist said the illegal aliens had human rights but because they were not part of the people they were not entitled to the rights of the people under the COTUS....
“Only the citizens are GUARANTEED these rights by the Constitution I don’t disagree with you but I cannot find that, can you point out where I CAN find it? Thanks.”
United States V Vergugo-Urquidez 494 US 259 (1990)
Thank me.....
“Can you even cite one Supreme Court Case since the 14th Amendment that states that only citizens are to be granted constitutional protections?”
YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSS
United States V Verdugo-Urquidez 494 US 259 (1990)
BTW the 14th Amendment was written for black Americans who had been born as slaves. It was intended to verify their American citizenship with full rights under the COTUS...
It does not give American citizenship to illegal aliens who are born here and even American Indians were not included at the time because they were at war with our government...
During the writing of the 14th Amendment, immigration was controlled and our borders were patroled and aliens were deported if they were proven to be unfit to live here...
There are self-described patriots here who not only welcome the illegals but have profited from them. These patriots actually laugh at the mention of the closed hospitals, the high crime rates (and the victims) and the cost in education due to catering to these illegals. They are not conservative and certainly not patriots.
Well said.
