They also discussed the differences between Tenet's account and Bob Woodward's...and based on Tenet's demeanor last night on 60 minutes...his self-dramatization, excitability, so forth, they thought Woodward's account was the more accurate. Woodward - accurate!! but it was a convincing statement Bennett and York made...
They also posed the idea that the MSM would lose interest in Tenet before too long...his anti-Bush usefulness has a short shelf life...
ANYTHING on 60 minutes or other similar pre-taped shows can NOT be trusted. Eventually, I’ll check out Tenet’s book, but place no worth on that TV show.
