gosh dern it, comments like this, lead me to believe, that LB needs to shut the heck up. He didn't make this type of statement after HK's lawsuit! I don't like the seeming arrogance - it smacks of his attitude towards Anna! somebody tell him to cork it! please! He is NoT helping matters !!

That’s yet another reason for a CO-Guardian or Co-Executor, IMO. To make sure DL’s money isn’t handed over to popular “Hollywood” charities

and another reason, the 'english common law' makes complete sense to me.....

...Richard C. Milstein....(remember him, he was Dannielynn’s Guardian ad litem in FL, and he is speculated to be the ACTUAL ‘TRUSTEE’ of a ‘not yet confirmed TRUST for DL’), well Richard C. Milstein has a SPECIALTY PRACTICE AREA of “Alternative Family Planning”!! Is this a COINCIDENCE or a CONENIENCE for HKS and Larry?? All I can say is that if Larry takes Dannielynn and moves into ANS’s Studio City house, I will be devastated. I pray that Larry’s family will ‘guide him’ to make the right decisions! But the minute he starts unpacking at Anna’s old house and Howard is there to help him, I will start launching my letter campaign to Larry’s family, Virgie, CA Child Services and everyone else I can think of, to get Dannielynn OUT of that housse and environment

My thoughts....I don’t think he was able to make the change on the BC any sooner. I think that when he asked for permission to leave the country, it was only then that the court gave him ‘temporary’ custody of DL and with that, he was able to go ahead and change the BC. Otherwise, I believe he would have had to wait until final custody decision was made.

There are several posts here about what happened in the public hearing Friday, but I haven’t seen anyone post about what the reporter from MSNBC said, and I don’t know how to look it up because the clip they have on MSNBC is not the first report that came after the hearing. IIRC she said that, as it stands, it is the Bahamian government that has custody of DL, not HKS and that the “court ordered the name of Smith’s last companion, Howard K Stern, removed, and the girl’s last name changed to Birkhead.”

we touched on this thread two - i think, it’s time, to announce the creation of ‘the cracker company’ on Mar 7, 07, by a lawyer in florida, who was in thecourtroom on HK ‘s ‘side’ who is practicing and licensed in florida, but establishing a calif corp. I’m sure that’s why Howard may have suggested it to Larry as a place to reside, and not because he has any rights to it himself, as he doesn’t

I appreciate your position, however, if HK is, indeed, posturing himself as the executor of both 'daniels' and 'ans' wills, then it follows that he Does, 'have rights' in his own mind at least

HA HA...Paternity tests made it clear? He knew all along. This reminds me of something i read right after ANS died...someone had asked her about having a relationship with HKS and she laughed and said...YUCK...No F...Way!!
He wants to be involved in her upbringing?!?! And who was it that kept Larry from his baby?!? Like i mentioned before, I hope once Larry gets Dannielynn with HIS family, they put some sense in his head and when Uncle Howie comes knocking...no one is home.

Sounds like Larry is now sporting an attitude, IMO could it be from all the time he has spent hanging out with Howie while bonding with Dannielynn? What were the two of them up to while Dannielynn napped? I’m sorry, but Larry is not a child, he didnt need HKS to teach him how to care for his daughter and then report on how he was doing. I still cant figure out why HKS is in the pic...he is just a wanna be boyfriend of ANS.

Why should Stern see the baby? He is nothing to her. Why not focus on his own family? Or is there something more between Stern and Larry Brikhead?

I would much rather have DL's blood relatives be executors than some court appointed Hollywood lawyer. This comes after the reported touchy-feely huggings between Judge Milstein and Howard Stern.

What a disgusting statements by Larry. Like he got a divorce? Now that Larry Brikhead has the baby, he is revealing his true self. Too bad. I really liked him. So did many others.

The more Larry Birkhead opens his mouth, the less I like him and the more I like Virgie. This is not to say she is a saint, just a great improvement over Howard.

If Larry lets Howard into the DL's life, who knows what horrors will await her. Drugs for sure.
