Oh, yes, I never thought that he was naked. That was just my response to the other post.
I have the magazine, yummy. I think the pictures are sweet and beautiful. So are Larry and Dannielynn. I hope and pray that he gets custody on Friday!!

I agree, everything points to CH as being the stomach irritant. However, IMO, I doubt ANS was ever well enough coordinated once she got to the Seminole nation to be injecting herself. She was often seen falling and staggering by several descriptions.
So, the way I see it, IF it were no longer “the flu” - if it EVER was the flu and not a mis-identified “abrupt methadone withdrawal”, and IF she were taking or BEING GIVEN enough chloral hydrate by mouth to try to handle the withdrawal symptoms that were NOT being handled by the huge amounts of clondine and the benzodiazepines, THEN, from everything I’ve Googled up on chloral hydrate, ANS would have had quite a significant stomach irritation.
Thats quite a few “if’s.” However, none of them are far fetched given that ANS likely had EITHER an abrupt or very rapid methadone withdrawal. See post #7351 and link at bottom. Then, according to that methadone withdrawal scenario website, I’d think what you’re proposing seems very, very likely.

ANS was supposed to submit to a DNA test that theoretically could have been used to check for drug use. Saliva drug tests can detect recent opiate use accurately and that may have been their fear.
If this was the case that might have been a motivation for a quick detox off of methadone using the chloral hydrate.
If they started in the Bahamas and she couldn’t keep the chloral hydrate they may have tried to inject it. I don’t think Dr. KE has a lot of experience with drugs as her specialty was being a work comp drug whore.

The once attention-seeking ANNA NICOLE SMITH remains silent and out of the public eye in the wake of her son DANIEL’s death and the media maelstrom surrounding the birth of her daughter and the true identity of the baby’s father.
Is it her lawyer and newly committed partner, HOWARD K. STERN, whom she united with yesterday in a Bahamas commitment ceremony and who made the bombshell paternity announcement on “LARRY KING Live” this week? Or is it photojournalist and former flame LARRY BIRKHEAD?
ET’s KEVIN FRAZIER traveled to Houston to get the firsthand word from Anna Nicole’s mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR, who weighs in on who she thinks is the real daddy:
“I don’t think [Howard is the father], no,” she says. “I mean, if he thinks it’s his baby, what’s the problem? Why doesn’t he just do the test and show everyone?”
Virgie says she is leaning towards Larry Birkhead’s claim that he is the baby girl’s real father. “I don’t know, I kind of believe him; I would like to,” she says. “I would like for him to do the paternity test to see. I would like to see whose baby it is.”
Virgie adds that she is as much in the dark as to Anna Nicole’s condition as anyone else, and, like much of America, just wants to know what is going on. She tells Kevin that she has spoken to her daughter only once since Daniel’s tragic, sudden death on September 10th from a lethal mixture of prescription drugs.
“She was so drugged up, I imagine [because of having to deal with] Danny’s death,” claims Virgie. “You know, she was so medicated, I think, I could not understand a word, other than, ‘Danny’s dead.’ And she was crying, and trying to talk and mumbling — you couldn’t understand hardly anything she said. And as soon as she said that, the phone went click, so I don’t know if she hung it up, or if somebody else hung it up for her. I don’t know.”
The Texas native claims to have raised Daniel until he was about six while Anna Nicole searched for work, and says she does not know why she was cut out of the boy’s life when the former Playboy Playmate and Guess? model found success in Los Angeles.
“She is the one making the money, and the people surrounding her are gaining from it, so they don’t want any of the family around,” she explains. “I don’t know why they don’t want the family around. We have never asked for anything. She has never given us anything, you know? The immediate family has never been on TV and asked for anything.”
What Virgie is ultimately asking for is a reconciliation and the opportunity to go to Daniel’s funeral, to which she has not been invited.
“I haven’t been asked, and I have pleaded on TV, ‘Please, [Anna Nicole], let us become a family,’” says Virgie. “[Daniel] has other family members who loved him besides me; he has a whole bunch of family that is his family as well as hers, so why does she want people that are not blood kin? Why does she want strangers always around? Why doesn’t she have family around her?”
Good idea.
However, I will put some money down that even if the court rules in LB's favor this Wed, he will not be able to leave with the baby that day. For whatever reason. I just don't see this issue resolving that soon, though I hope it is.

Thanks for the timeline of the “pressures”HKS and KE faced in detoxing ANS. So, then what you’ve said is probabaly true about it causing an abcess.
An injection of CH would certainly produce an abcess.
That possibility is mentioned in almost every site. Acidic, irritating stuff. I just wonder if KE and HKS were dumb enough to have injected Chloral hydrate that was in an oral suspension form. That certainly wouldn’t have been sterile enough to use as an injectable. Even if it were sterile for injection, as you point out it would have produced an abcess by virtue of it’s acidity.

No, I’m not using the stockings, but my dad did use heavy duty ones because of varicose veins. He delivered mail on foot.
I’d be willing to have a port installed, and use it IV, along with the potassium. It’s been a royal mess. I was in the hospital, Easter weekend. I wrote everyone here about what happened, then that evening, a dr called me and told me I had to get back there because I had air in my chest cavity. I posted that clusterf*ck to a thread regarding the high price of insurance. I have none to speak of. Check my comments on my page.

Anna Nicole Smith has been ordered to submit her baby daughter to a DNA test by February 21 in an effort to end the dispute over who the baby's biological father is.
Birkhead had petitioned for drug tests for both of them in October. With the results of the DNA test, the drug tests would probably have followed.

Maybe full reconciliation with ANS wasn’t possible for whatever reason(s), but it was INEXCUSABLE to exclude Virgie from Daniel’s funeral.
Yup, that's one of the silliest theories I've heard. All I can think of is that putting forth this theory is due to total ignorance of how anxiolytics work and their effects.
To put forth the idea that one anxiolytic was used to mitigate the withdrawal from another just boggles the mind. It is so wrong on so many levels.
But you raise a really good question: Why were there several anxiolytics in her system rather than just one? This makes no sense. So, what was the logic behind it? Perper says they were all at "therapeutic" levels. But he doesn't address the idea that there was more than one!
Are you saying that she was using several anxiolytics by telling the killer Dr E that certain ones weren't working and that she was using them nevertheless, in conjunction with each other? If so, my question would be, wasn't Eroshevich monitoring what Anna took? Dispensing the pills (from nanny reports)? And even if the nannies are not reliable, she was there day in and day out and ought to have been monitoring.
Thank you for all of that. I agree with you also, except about the idea that Larry is just keeping Howard sweet. IMO, Howard knows how to mind f#### and he’s done a number on Larry. Turned him against Virgie, as well. I don’t think Larry is that street smart, but I hope I am so wrong!
Speaking of naked...remember Anna was found naked....something that everyone EXCEPT HOWARD questioned. So what happened to the clothes she last wore?? Did Howard leave for the boat with a bag?? What else did he toss before he got that “big surprise” phone call?

I'd put forth that Howard's sense of entitlement came way before drugs. It's far more subtle than the demands of people so obviously messed up. And much easier to miss.
