I should say, I never agreed with Anna’s suit against Marshall. If she had half a brain, she would have invested a portion of his gifts to her and been wealthy the rest of her life, like another of his mistress’s purportedly did. Anna blew through money like I can’t believe. Don’t think I could spend that much even if I tried.....

Where is the probate filing. I wonder what is holding THAT up?

That is correct, but they also have a "interesting" law that if someone dies outside Bahamas you cannot directly probate it in the Bahamas.

Actually, the only real propery ANS owned was in California, so it really makes sense (to me) her estate would be probated in California.

The website that has that illustration is a high priced PR firm hired by the Marshalls to promote their agenda and version of events.

I am no ANS fan...not by a long shot. That being said J. Howard Marshall hounded her to marry him and did promise her that he would take care of her of her for life. She did have a very successful career that had limitless potential at that time...when she married J. HOward she became a national joke and constant fodder for comedians?

Six million dollars is a lot of money...however, ANS was making a great deal of money herself during that period. Her marriage did affect her career and her image and possibly her future income.

And out of curiosity what’s the magic number ($$$$) for everyone on this board to wed a liver spotted, incontinent 90 year dirty old man in a wheelchair whose only exercise was groping your boobs? ANS just needs to be glad that Viagra hadn’t been invented yet...

And lets face it...she didn’t marry him for his good looks, youth or ability to father her children...she married him for the security and the promise that she would be taken care of for life!

"We" don't forget anything of the sort. You DO realize, don't you that you could substitute HKS for "HER" above and substitute "him" with ANS and have the exact same story?

There’s nothing like having to work for something to appreciate its true value. Let’s hope Larry has had a stomach full of Hollywood, and will stay in KY. He could be successful as a photographer anywhere, I’m thinking. Weddings, etc. It sounds like Anna had the right idea in the beginning, but quickly lost her way. Stripping is no way to get ahead in life. HKS’s mom and dad are probably humiliated and disgusted by his parasitic lifestyle. I’ll bet they sweated blood to put their warped offspring through school...
