IIRC The 2001 will has no standing until it is probated. Not sure if it can be done in the Bahamas or California.

I can see him arguing this and he must have been considered her guardian if he’s had her since Anna’s death and was able to take her to appointments etc. Trust me if he wanted to argue the point I have no doubt that he could. The two of them for 5 months were running around stating he was the dad. That shows that Anna considered him Dannielynn’s guardian.

I have been a huge Virgie supporter from the start and felt she got the shaft on Daniel. However with how she is behaving on a child that isn’t hers to claim (I know she is the Grandma, but I’m telling you, if LB had been married to ANS before she died, she wouldn’t even have a case for ANYTHING) and is keeping her in possible harms way. If she was that scared as she claimed on CNN about HKS, why is she keeping her there. If she wants a relationship with her Granddaughter, why is she screwing the one person that was on her side and would have gladly let her in the baby’s life. I’m telling you, this is all turning opinion for me, I never felt this way and gave the benefit of the doubt until today. If this proves to be untrue, I will retract it all. But it seems that she is the staller on this. She should let LB take that baby and then pursue visitation (as she does not deserve custody, shared or otherwise) in the US.

My thoughts exactly! I cannot understand WHY HKS is included in the custody hearings, unless it has something to do with Executor, Guardian, or Trustee roles. HKS has already stated that he will not fight Larry for custody, but he’s there at all the hearings and is more than happy to come out and tell the reporters that ‘he’ is not the holdup! I just get the feeling that HKS may well be the ‘holdup’....if he is trying to hang onto the role of Executor of the Will and Trustee of DL. I guess we’ll know eventually...but if the article stating that DL can leave the Bahamas with Larry next Wednesday is true, then it sounds like the only argument left is between Virgie and HKS over Executor and Trustee status...JMO

That would just be her 2001 will. I’m talking about him (as usual) arguing intent and “Anna’s wishes”. If he can make the argument that by naming him father and professing he was the father and the commitment ceremony and go back to the will remember he was appointed Daniel’s guardian even though Daniel had a blood relative(father)then he would have standing to be appointed co-guardian. Even if it’s invalid I’m sure he could use it to argue intent.

I personally think HKS is going to get Ron Rales (as second named Executor) to try to probate the Will in California, with HKS remaining in the role as Guardian and/or Trustee. Remember, he was named Executor and Guardian (and pretty much everything else) in that Will. If Ron Rales is able to get the Will probated in CA with HKS left in the role of Guardian (or Trustee..I can’t remember which term was in the will, but I believe it was ‘Guardian’ of Daniel), then the Bahamas will honor the CA court’s decision.

Having said that, I still do not believe that Ron Rales or anyone else will be able to get that Will probated. I think it will be thrown out and leave Anna’s estate intestate.

If I had the misfortune to be Virgie, you'd be damn tootin' I'd want to know what the goatherd did with the money. You would too, Carolyn. Don't forget the "under 10k" money wires to KE from her ex...in Santa Monica. All would have to be accounted for.

As for Larry, having the OK photo shoot proceeds directly deposited into a trust for the baby is the right thing to do. These kinds of drips and dribbles of cash might be the only thing to put her through college :(

For 5 months? IIRC that was precisely the number of months that Howie said, under oath in Seidlin's court, that Anna had NOT taken Methadone.

What about this; O’Quinn and Virgie have reason to believe that Anna’s money has been siphoned off and laundered by the goatpack. Maybe Larry wants this over so bad that he’s cut a deal to keep his mouth shut about the zero inheritance to Dannielynn, just to get her away from HKS?

That money isn’t worth something happening to Dannielynn. Nor is it worth it for Larry to have the expense if the attorney’s and living down there.

Probably..but with the twists and turns in this case..maybe that's the mysterious deal that's been bantered about. If I was writing this ..that's how I would have it turn out.. Then I would have Stern be devoured by starving polar bears who because of global warming got on a large ice float and ended up in the Bahamas and because they were hungry decided to make a snack of the "cracker".
