My thoughts exactly! I cannot understand WHY HKS is included in the custody hearings, unless it has something to do with Executor, Guardian, or Trustee roles. HKS has already stated that he will not fight Larry for custody, but he’s there at all the hearings and is more than happy to come out and tell the reporters that ‘he’ is not the holdup! I just get the feeling that HKS may well be the ‘holdup’....if he is trying to hang onto the role of Executor of the Will and Trustee of DL. I guess we’ll know eventually...but if the article stating that DL can leave the Bahamas with Larry next Wednesday is true, then it sounds like the only argument left is between Virgie and HKS over Executor and Trustee status...JMO
I think you are right on with that post. IMO, the holdup is not Virgie other than the fact that she is trying to get the money AWAY from HKS and to DL and maybe also to find out where ANS money has gone.
