I started getting suspicious of her motives when OQ told Nancy Grace she would settle for nothing short of custody and LB was on a sperm donor and have gone down hill in every thing since that has only confirmed my "suspicions" behind her motives.
LB may not be perfect, who among us is? It looks to me like he really just wants his child and to go home with her -- and, as I said before, he has been fighting for her long before ANS died and there was any "potential" money in this for him -- and that gives him a big gold star in my book. If he had only appeared on the scene after ANS died I would be as suspicious of him as I am Virgie.
When you read back over the posts the past two weeks, those of us suspicious of Virgie have mostly been drumed off the thread.... I left and then came back because I really feel strongly about what happens to this baby.... If that offends you I appologize.....
Great. Nothing has really happened yet. Dannielynn still lives in the Horizons house, with HKS.
The only thing that has "happened" since the beginning of February is that:
1) Anna Nicole died
2) Anna Nicole was buried
3) Larry Birkhead has been proven to the the biological father of Dannielynn.
Now, until there is something more than speculation on the part of the National Enquirer, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, or Court TV you will forgive my reticence in coming to any compelling conclusion, I hope.
The only ones disagreeing are Nancy Grace and other talking heads who breathlessly declare she is set to inherited the Marshall fortune.
I am getting sick of all the false information being spread by the media. I wonder (and I am not the only one) if this is to make Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur look greedy, that it is all about money.
Well, she hasn’t SAID anything to the media, so I don’t see why you think she’s angry....although, I’d been ANGRY if my child and grandson died under suspicious circumstances myself, so she probably is pretty angry!
Don’t get me wrong, I ABSOLUTELY think Larry should have sole custody of DL and be able to take her home, BUT I would rather have Virgie as Executor of ANS’s Estate than HKS!! However, I would rather see a non-biased third party named as the Executor of the Estate. JMO

The media types are all about money - especially $1.6billion. They naturally assume the public is interested in the ‘money angle’.
Some people may feel that way - there are FReepers on this thread who insist “it’s all about the money”. I happen to disagree.
I believe Larry’s natural father instincts kicked in when Anna told him she was pregnant with his child and he has fought for Dannielynn ever since. I admire and supported him all the way. Still do.
I believe Virgie is still devastated by the deaths of Anna and Daniel. She has been villified for wanting to bury them in Texas. Villified because she could not get through the drug fog to maintain her mother/daughter relationship with Anna. Villified because she thinks HK$ is responsible for the deaths of her daughter and grandson. Villified because she wants to be a grandmother to Dannielynn. Villified because she has not folded up her tent and returned to Texas leaving Larry to deal with HK$ by himself. She is a smart lady even in her grief. Even Debra Opri had the same misgivings.
So what about the money? If there is any money, I hope Virgie can prevent HK$ from getting his grubby hands on it.
Does she have the same type of deal with NBC as Larry? Does anyone know?
You know what...from reading that it sounds like if Stern wanted to(and I bet he did) he could argue that Anna by her actions appointed him guardian and he should have joint with Larry. What if this is why Virgie is fighting so hard!!

The tabloid journalists seem unable to type “the retired 28-year veteran police officer” - but once they learned how to spell “estranged” why, it seems wasteful not to use it.
Thanks Lizard! I was just basing my comments about Executorship on the following 3 things you included in your earlier post about what Virgie wants:
1) guaranteed visitation dates
2) executor on ANS estate
3) trustee on ANS estate
As far as those 3 things, I think Larry would probably comply (that is, IF he even has a SAY in the Executorship and Trustee). I was wondering if perhaps HKS is STILL considered the Executor and Trustee (under the 2001 will) and if so, does he have to AGREE to turn over those roles to Virgie? If so, I do NOT think HKS would comply without a HUGE fight. My main point was that if HKS is included in the custody hearings bc he is still considered Executor and Trustee under the 2001 Will, then the HOLDUP/’fight’ is actually between HKS and Virgie, not Larry and Virgie...
Scary thing is..if by putting Stern’s name on the birth certificate..the faux wedding, and having appointed Stern as guardian to Daniel can it not be argued that she also by her actions appointed him as Dannielynn’s guardian..if so Stern can be the one appointed as joint guardian.
