HKS will not let Virgie touch the baby. How do we know he is not preventing Larry from giving Virgie visitation?

Sure...and with a gag order in place, how convenient that no one can question him as to WHOM is REALLY responsible for holding up the custody process?
Howard has no problem holding up Daniel’s inquest though. That he doesn’t comment upon.

Maybe this was more about the guardianship today and *somebody* asked for the full financials to be disclosed before being turned over to Larry.
This baby has a lot of legal entanglements and without ANS’s will probated, there will be a lot of moot discussion.

Because I don’t think that a judge or whoever in that Bahama court is hearing anything between Larry and HKS. It’s all between Virgie and Larry. O’Quinn said on TV long ago that Virgie will fight for custody or at least joint custody. It’s been in the newspapers. HKS is not asking for custody.

Well I hope he is about to take that baby out of there away from sterntoadgang. But he should not be so friendly to Stern - for obvious reasons. So sorry it looks like Virgie remains target #1 for Stern and company.....but I think Virgie will soldier on. This story is not over by a longshot.

Sources tell ET that Virgie's legal team hopes that this will turn into a full-blown trial. However, many others feel that is not going to happen.
Virgie must not be as worried as we are with Dannielynn remaining with Howard.
