Because I don’t think that a judge or whoever in that Bahama court is hearing anything between Larry and HKS. It’s all between Virgie and Larry. O’Quinn said on TV long ago that Virgie will fight for custody or at least joint custody. It’s been in the newspapers. HKS is not asking for custody.

You are right. I still remember my shock when OQ stated unequivocally that no matter who the biological father is shown to be Virgie wants custody of the baby... the hair on my neck stood up then and hasn't laid down since... and don't forget the FBI investigator (Don) said the same thing, so it wasn't just OQ saying she wanted custody... and one point that Larry, if he was the father, was nothing more than a sperm donor.

I’m not sure how to word it, you seem to be missing my point....you say that the judge isn’t hearing anything between Larry and HKS, that it’s between Virgie and Larry...but you’ve left out the possiblity that it’s all between HKS and Virgie, not LB and Virgie. Larry was happy about yesterday’s proceedings...and you’re correct, HKS has stated that he is not asking for custody...my point is...while he may not be, he MAY be interferring and preventing Virgie from getting visitation, which LB has no problem giving her.

As re: O’Quinn’s ‘demands’ on behalf of Virgie...I take his full ‘demands’ with a grain of salt. He is, as any lawyer would do, going to continue to ask for anything, including the moon, knowing full well she will settle for visitation, which I believe LB understands and is willing for her to have. Problem is, imo, it is HKS, not LB, who won’t even give her that. IMO O’Quinn isn’t there to fight LB, he’s there to fight HKS.

Eventually, if the court wants this resolved, they are going to have to remove HKS from any and all standing in these custody proceedings so that his interference will stop preventing LB and Virgie from proceeding with an already agreed upon visitation agreement and LB can take DL home.
