I have a sneaking suspicion this is actually what O'Q wanted. I think he's been baiting the Stern...trying to manuever Howard into the courtroom where he'll have to answer some direct questioning (especially, after seeing how poorly HKS did on the stand in FL).

I sure hope that that is what O'Quinn is aiming for.

If Virgie decides to make money I could care less. I’m just that type of person if there is a market for you wares then sell it. Virgie’s problems stem from when she was on the stand and Barth started asking about what she had sold. She should have been up front but she got flustered. I blame that on her lawyers. They should have prepared her for that and she could have said..(and it was the truth) that she didn’t have enough money to visit her grandson’s grave and was approached and she took it. To be honest I doubt if she even made a good profit from it. I think it was only $15,000. The reason why I’m so open about people making money on Anna is because in her life she did the same damn thing. Selling pics, showing her C-Section..etc etc etc. HKS is the one who’s made out like a bandit and I saw that because I do believe he’s got some of her money stashed away somewhere. As for the drugs if Anna and Daniel had ODed on Coke, heroin, or Meth HKS and KE would already be in jail. There really is a different attitude regarding prescription drugs and street drugs and it shows with Birkhead’s early response and the response of Perper and the Seminole police department.

One of the last things you posted was that you thought that most people on the thread thought Virgie should have the baby and not Larry.

That doesn't characterize my position in the least, and I don't think that it characterizes most here. I wondered how you had jumped to that conclusion.

We are all apparentely reading different reasons into the custody hearing delay, and my understanding of why we see it differently is because HKS is manipulating the information. The way he always does.

But I'll say one thing, I sure as heck don't want Virgie to give up any rights to go after HKS in wrongful death suits, and if that's what the delay is about, I'm all for it.

Bottom line is that we just don't know yet.

I am not talking about people debating over what Larry has said or done. I am talking about the downright “hateful” posts being made by some newbie who “hates” Larry for some reason. I think this newbie is a troll or a plant or a relative of HKS’s. Their posts are getting old real fast. It is obvious that this person has a motive and that they only joined FR to spread their spew. (yes... blueplum I am writing about you)

95% of us here are fair and balanced. The only TRUE bad apples are HKS and his crew due to the history that came along with them.

Virgie is ANS mother, therefore she has every right to go after HKS for a wrongful death suit. She doesn't need partial custody of Dannielynn to do so.

I read the post from CTV yesterday that "speculated" part of the hold up is she is also wanting to administer 1/2 of Dannielynns inheritance. "IF" this is true, there is only one reason she would want that, to get a stipend from the estate (IMHO).

To tell you the truth ...

I would much rather VA work to get a murder charge out of the inquest instead of a wrongful death suit that would only give money! He would go to prison in the Bahamas if they concentrated on the inquest! Check into the background of the inquest and why it is delayed and who has political power or influence. The inquest puts HKS in prison where he belongs. Let's all jump on that band wagon because there is much to learn about the inquest.

I'm not so sure that's right. We did have a discussion about this days ago, wrt the OJ trial, and I don't remember the details, but others will. It has to do with Nicole's family not entering the litigation, but Ron's family did.
