Thread Number 3
By the way, I heard tonight that Larry will keep her name.

That says alot for Larry.

I just wish Larry would change DL’s name to Virgie Lynn Birkhead.
If she were a leader, she would have been able to handle things differently, and wouldnt have let HKS, KE, and others take so much control.

There is a difference between a Demander and a Leader.
Hmmm..how can he legally do this if he hasnt been awarded custody or guardianship?? Something must have gone down in that closed hearing. I just dont see how he can change the name if he hasnt received custody and if he has then why arent they talking about it? I guess its the gag order.

I guess in the Bahamas, paternity and custody are two totally different things.
Please note that my conclusion was never that Dannielynn was fathered by Ben Thompson - never.
No, I concluded that Ben Thompson is Larrys father, lol.

HA!!!
(Boy, I called that one! Only because I thought that yucky Willa to be too vain to gain all that weight - and just enough of an egomaniac to pretend like she was going to, so all would think her sacrifice for her acting career is so noble.)

Oh great. We will get all the emotion and blandness that we got with the Shallow Hal fatsuit.
i’m a little confused about that to - the story i linked ws an AP story, mabe the reporter made a mistake?
this link puts opri in the bahamas on the 23rd...maybe we need to ask Larry if he traveled with her?

It is two different things but it seems that we’ve been told time and time again that paternity isn’t the biggie...custody and guardianship is. The changing of the name involves some type of legal standing but what type of legal standing comes with just establishing paternity. If he can do that why can’t he go ahead and scoop her and take her to get a passport. It doesn’t make sense to me.
I think that Howard was going to file a license AFTER the marriage ceremony and Anna tore it up.
hmm..wonder if that was one of the docs that Howie claimed were ‘stolen’ ?lol
***
Maybe that was behind Anna’s call to the Thompsons. “If I die, you come get this marriage license, he is not my husband!!”
i wonder if the newest ‘diaries’ were from the Studio City home too? i don’t think Anna had the money or the time to move her stuff yet. Didn’t someone (Rales?) go back and get Marshalls’ ashes from there? or did Anna have them in the Bahamas?
uh oh!
I didnt know until the other day that her original name on the certificate was Hannibel Rose - I had always heard, at the time, it was Hannah Rose.

Oh Dear. That is funny, but Oh Dear.
You know what? There is a superstition that you are not supposed to change a name of a child once it is born. It is supposed to be VERY bad luck. This happened in the case of my ex-husband, his mother got mad and changed his name from JR. to another name when he was a few days old and he certainly IS bad luck, haha. And is plagued by it as well, even though alot of it is his own making.
Seriously, that is a mountain tale (I am a hillbilly and so was he, from the Smokeys) and Kentucky is the Smokeys too... Just maybe Larry thinks the same way about changing baby’s name. Plus she would be used to it by now.
“”””This guy?””””
He does not have Larry listed as one of his ‘friends’.
Maybe Virgie’s PI got wind of this rumor and Virgie is just covering all the bases....you know HK$ is.
If this is true...what’s our back-up plan? Just wonderin’
