Wailing and screaming..hmmmmmm...I wonder if the writer of those article was being diplomatic by not stating WHAT was being screamed and to whom it was being directed. I would love for the Nannies to have someone else verify their statements.
Yes, there is a record . . . somewhere. We don’t have access to it and the ‘investigators’ that could obtain records aren’t interested.

Like i said, they cant keep straight when she had a fever and when she got iced down, so HOW can anything that KE, HKS, Taz and Moe say be taken as the truth?
IMO they need to take each one of them and sit them dn separate and have them write an account of that week. See how much they mess up then (wow...I must watch too much CSI and Law and Order)
Seidlin was BAD until he showed Howard to be a "clever liar".
KE says NOTHING about Howard and Howard says nothing about KE.
Howard's agenda RIGHT NOW is to get everyone on his side as the good guy who will willingly turn Danny over to Larry...in maybe a month...because they've bonded...Bull..The kid lost her mother for cripes sakes...She didn't experience any trauma when Anna died.
His big thing is trying to get rid of the jury....and have a private session with just a judge AND A GAG ORDER....similar to what we are seeing in the custody battle.
I wonder if they keep a transcipt in these courts?? Do we know??

Nanny said Anna *told her* that Daniel said to Anna after they took pictures at hospital, that he wanted to ride in her black car and see the island (or something like that).
I know HKS said he left to get food and nurse supposedly has him going out a 2nd time.
Just trying to figure out why ANS would say that or if Daniel went with HKS? This was probably already discussed but I wasn’t reading the thread back then...
I totally agree - and you’re right, HKS was the only one who broke the gag order - immediately - in order to attack Virgie again as the “bad guy”.
and they said Howie wasnt eating, just smoking and drinking slimfast?!?! So i’m sure he didnt want to feed, bath and change diapers either. Oh and to top it off she was colir?!?!? Two people that eat and sleep and watch tv dont want to deal with a colic baby crying all hours of the nite IMO That sould explain the drugging her?!?!? That is nasty beyond words

I was wondering that too. Seems such a strange time to want to "see the island"....How much can you see at midnight?
The first info we had was HKS went out once for food - I believe he said this on the stand in Seidlin's court. To a place like a 7-11 store.....because "not many things are open in the Bahamas at that time of night".
Then we learned - and I don't remember where this came from - that evidently Stern went out in the early morning hours - but if so he did not talk about that in Seidlin's court.
The next thing we learn is that Daniel was seen taking his mom to the bathroom at 6:00 AM the next morning.
We know from Stern on the stand in Seidlin's court saying Daniel said, "Why am I so sleepy" = and HKS saying looking back he wished he had paid more attention to that question by Daniel.....
So the Nannies' comments that Daniel went out with Stern after he got there at the hospital and saw the baby and his mom - is NEW NEWS to me.
Yup..and people wonder why Larry wanted sole custody. He knew what Howie and Anna were all about. Truthfully in his case I would have gone for sole custody also. I just read this from an article...part of Larry’s original paternity claim was that he not only wanted Dannielynn tested for drugs but that he also wanted Anna tested for drugs.
Yesterday Larry Birkhead filed a lawsuit demanding that Anna Nicole Smith return to California with Dannielynn Hope for a paternity test. According to E! Online:
Birkhead’s lawsuit contains some very “damning” allegations, including the claim that Smith was taking methadone and that her attorney and, as it turns out, love interest, Howard K. Stern, has been facilitating her habit. Smith’s ex also accused her of fleeing to the Bahamas to have her baby to avoid being tested for drugs. Birkhead further alleged that Stern is claiming that he is Dannielynn’s father for his own financial gain - and that Smith had asked a third man to claim he was the father of her child, only the plan didn’t work out because the man in question had already had a vasectomy.
On top of this weirdness, Larry Birkhead is claiming full legal and physical custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, plus he wants both Anna Nicole Smith and Dannielynn Hope to be given full drugs tests.
So who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter? Who knows for sure, but if we were that maid whose nipple Anna Nicole Smith was chewing on in that old video, we’d slip a paternity suit in just for the hell of it too.

Exactly! Rale spoke to Howard not Anna. It is highly UNUSUAL for Rale to contact ANS while in Florida, not once but at least twice.
The only business that Howard and KE didn’t have in order was the new WILL. The most important piece of the puzzle IMO.
Maybe Daniel wanted to talk to Stern alone and unfortunately the conversation may have led to him not being with us in the land of the living.
His stepdaughter in this movie appears to be in the pivotal role.
It is another sickening story about someone who proclaimed hiw wife to be the "love of his life"......yet he murdered her brutally.
Remember Rale was handling paternity which was due the day after Anna died. So it’s not unusual that he would have been in contact with them.
MSNBC had a couple of clips today. Different interview (looked to be somewhere outside).
Nanny said Anna gave DL fleet enimas. Is that safe for a baby?
How horrible that had to be for those children (grown)....how totally totally awful.
This shows me that Larry cared about Anna and Dannielynn.
